  I have been in Da Nang for over 2 months and this lady at this pharmacy took care me like a mother! She will bend over backwards to help me filled my prescribed pills from Canada. The service is 1st class and even with the language barrier she remained so friendly and give me amazing advised! I can only say good things of this place but foremost this professional pharmacien. Thank you!

  I had a really great experience here. The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I was looking for a medication that wasn’t currently available, and instead of just telling me it was out of stock, she offered to check their warehouse and even took my contact information so she could update me the next day. I really appreciated how willing she was to go the extra mile to help. She was also very communicative throughout my visit and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Everything else I needed was available, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication—I highly recommend this pharmacy!

  I’m so grateful that I found Hani! I’ve been dealing with some stomach issues lately and walked in to grab some probiotics. She was so kind, accommodating and professional. Rather than just handing me what I asked for, she asked me about my symptoms and my reasons for getting them, then, identified the best one for my needs and recommended some other medicines that would aid my recovery. I felt so confused and honestly, a bit helpless when I walked in, but I walked out feeling so cared for. It’s been a few days since then, and I already feel much better thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend :)

  The individuals working here are kind and caring. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I ordered a blood pressure monitor and it was available for pick up hours before the expected time. Linh followed up to make sure I was happy with it and that it was working properly. Wonderful caring and kind experience.

  Amazing service! I came in with a nasty road rash from a motorbike accident, and the pharmacist was incredibly helpful. She didn’t just sell me the medicine; she actually cleaned and bandaged my wound right there in the pharmacy. She used a translator app to explain the exact step-by-step care routine I need to follow at home to avoid infection. Highly recommend this place for their professionalism, care, and kindness!

  An exceptional pharmacist. After almost two months of ongoing lip and skin irritation and many unsuccessful treatments, she truly took the time to listen carefully, understand the situation, and even directly contacted a dermatologist to help us. Very professional, caring, patient, and genuinely involved. She explained every step of the treatment clearly and thoughtfully. It is rare to meet someone who cares this much about patients, especially while traveling abroad and feeling a bit lost. Thank you so much for your kindness, dedication, and invaluable help.

  I came to this pharmacy last night for an urgent prescription need. The pharmacist was so kind and helpful. I had first gone to the hospital to no avail when what I needed was right here all along. I returned today after consulting with my doctor online and Quy was here to assist in ordering what I needed and two hours later the prescription was ready to be picked up. This is not the cheapest pharmacy, but I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough, if you are in need of someone who will take their time and give you the information you need. Very compassionate care and they will go out of their way to translate if you do not speak Vietnamese. Thank you so much Quy and pharmacy!!!!!!
