  Bought some medication at this pharmacy which was very conveniently located. Pharmacist Giang helped a lot with our queries and advisory. She arranged for quick delivery of the medication and made sure when we came back to pickup, her colleague in attendance is aware. Overall great experience from Giang, thanks.

  We received the best customer service here and the staff is very knowledgeable. I still can’t get over our experience. Beyond friendly and so amazingly helpful. I visited here twice for two different reasons and received the same kind service. Thoughtful in so many ways, making sure if I had any allergies and even provided WhatsApp contact information just in case I had any follow up questions or concerns. Alternative suggestions to my request were provided and helpful reminders about the medications as well. I would go out of my way and frequent those pharmacy for all of my medication needs. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for providing such caring service.

  We had a very positive experience at MONA Pharmacy. We originally came in asking about a specific medicine for skin irritation, but instead of simply selling us that product, the pharmacist, Giang, took the time to ask more detailed questions about the symptoms and what exactly was bothering us. She even asked us to show the irritation so she could better understand the situation. Based on that, Giang recommended an alternative ointment that she believed would work better, as well as an additional cream to support and improve the healing process. What impressed us even more was her genuine care: a few days later, she followed up with us, asked how the treatment was going, and gave us some extra recommendations. Everything she recommended really helped. Thank you so much to Giang for her kindness, professionalism, and truly attentive approach. We are very grateful for her help.

  This review is long over due. I flew into Da Nang on a raining Christmas night 2025 with a very bad cough. The hotel staff recommended that I visit Mona Pharmacy for medication. I was pleasantly surprised that they were still open at about 9:30pm. After explaining my condition, I was prescribed 10 tablets of Methorphan (consisting of dextromethorphan and guaifenesin) and Medoral analgesic anti-inflammatory spray for the throat. The next day, I received a follow-up text message inquiring about my condition. This form of customer service was almost unheard of. Subsequently, they also answered questions about a specific lozenge. The overall experience with Mona pharmacy was beyond my expectation; they were professional, knowledgeable and patient in providing exceptional customer service.

  We are travelling through Vietnam and while in Da Nang had cause to visit a pharmacy. We were lucky enough to stumble across Mona Pharmacy and were ably attended by Giang who provided us with excellent advice and took her time to explain and recommend products that would suit our requirements. We were very thankful to have her explain everything to us in English as we do not speak Vietnamese. Thank you Giang for your care and kindness.   I had an absolutely fantastic experience at MONA Pharmacy! The service here is truly top-notch. Phuong Hong was incredibly warm, welcoming, and highly professional. She took the time to really listen to what was bothering me, answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I also loved that she happily shared information about herbal and plant-based options for anyone interested in more natural remedies. She explained the pros, differences, and possibilities in such an easy-to-follow and thoughtful way.

  I was really impressed by the staff at this pharmacy. I came in with a severe burn on my leg and didn’t know how to treat it properly. I only planned to buy a bandage, but the staff were genuinely caring and took the time to recommend the right medication and explain how to use it. Thanks to their help, my burn healed perfectly and didn’t leave a scar. Special thanks to Hong — I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.   Outstanding service from Giang — above and beyond! I can't speak highly enough of pharmacist Giang, who went above and beyond to help me source a prescription medication that wasn't readily available. Rather than turning me away, she took complete ownership of the situation and made it her mission to get it sorted. What really set this experience apart was the communication. Giang kept me updated every step of the way via WhatsApp — letting me know when the medication had been sourced, when the order was placed, and when it was ready to collect. Every message was prompt, clear and professional. No chasing required on my end whatsoever. Her pharmaceutical knowledge was impressive, and she answered every question I had with confidence and clarity. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients — it shows in every interaction. In a world where healthcare can feel transactional and impersonal, Giang was a breath of fresh air. This pharmacy has earned a loyal customer because of her. Highly recommend!
