  Friendly staff. There is some language barrier, but I’m sure they’re trying their best to help you. I don’t understand people complaining about the price, but at least I know I’m getting the good stuff, and not some fake medications.

  DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICES BEFORE PAYING, Thanh Do gave us the most expensive antibiotics (560 k for just 6 tablets) without offering any other option or even mentioning its price at first, we just noticed when we paid it and used one tablet, and when we asked for returning the remaining tablets he said sorry we cant!!! It’s the only antibiotics we have!!!!! It’s completely scamming the tourists, shame!

  There is a big problem at this Pharmacy, and it's not being fixed. The staff here are completely unprofessional, I don't even know where to begin. There's so many other places to go, do not come here unless you want to be scammed and treated like an idiot. If you read through the comments of the past months, you'll see many 1 star reviews saying the same thing, with a generic corporate response saying they will look into it. Well clearly you're not looking into it, because the problem still exists.

  Don't go here, they literally don't know anything nor are willing to help you as a pharmacy should...came twice and Asked for medicine they said :No...showed photos then : oh yes we have it...if you don't understand the question or the language you should try to as a pharmacist , I am not here to buy candies so your willingness to help is important...staff was different each times but results was the same...without mentioning that they do try to sell you the most expensive option which again is extremely annoying given it's a bloody pharmacy Last but not least don't give exact change...look again your receipt and price ,and pay with card I guess to avoid it but I won't trust that given their behavior... Not all Pharmacity are the same so you can choose another one ,just avoid this specifically

  They saw that I was a white tourist, so they overcharged me. I should have paid 59.700 VND but they charged my card with 70.000 VND. I only found out because I asked for a receipt. I could see the guilt on their face as they gave it to me. I have attached the receipts to this review. They only offered me 10.000 in cash after I confronted them. This is an untrustworthy business which tries to scam foreigners.

  Don’t go here unless you’re desperate. If they don’t easily understand you right away, they will immediately get annoyed and start tsk-ing, sighing before they say anything, and rolling their eyes. They will still have the energy to try and convince you to buy the most expensive option though. I came in to buy cough drops and they tried to sell me expensive and fancy throat spray from the back of the wall

  As soon as the pharmacy staff realized I was a tourist, they gave me the most expensive antibiotic, which was about ten times more expensive than other brands! I’m really disappointed with this pharmacy and this way of scamming tourists. I definitely do not recommend going here. Shame on you! Update reply to owner: You can check the time and date on the receipt I have uploaded here! And the problem is why did you give me the most expensive Azithromaycin brand?! And when I wanted to return it you didn’t accept due to the card payment!
