  The staff are super friendly and helpful, and even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they still made everything easy to understand. Service was quick, the place was clean and organised, and they had everything I needed. Prices were also really affordable which was a bonus. Overall just a smooth and easy experience. Really appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

  Amazingly helpful and so much care. Gave very clear instructions and made sure we shared contact details so that she could keep an eye on the condition. Followed up to ask how my condition was improving and gave further advice about long term care. Such a reassurance especially as a foreign visitor! Even after I left the country she recommended continued treatments and explained WHY after each construction. Would love to have her as my pharmacist always!

  Very good pharmacy. Helped me obtain all the medication I need from my hospital prescription. The lady staff Ngoc Huyen was very polite. Tracked down the medication and the price was great. 40% less than a pharmacy in Ngo Thi Si I think its called. Definitely the most helpful in that area. . Thanks for your help Ngoc. 🙏🥳

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care – Truly Saved Our Holiday! While on holiday in Da Nang, I unfortunately threw my back out and was in terrible pain. I visited Pharmacist Ngoc Huyen, and she provided the most professional and caring service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did she give clear, helpful advice, but the medication she recommended worked wonders. Two days later, my son became sick – and once again, I reached out to her. Even though it was her personal day off, she still responded, offered guidance, and arranged for medication to be delivered directly to our accommodation. The level of care, empathy, and dedication she showed went far beyond what anyone would expect. Ngoc Huyen didn’t just help – she genuinely saved our holiday. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of medical support while visiting Da Nang. Amazing, caring service – thank you so much!

  Very professional pharmacy, with such an excellent pharmacist, Ngoc Huyen, who helped me with my medical condition. She gave me the perfect medicine, after listening and asking many questions about my troubles. She also asked for my number to check up on me and see if the medication is working and also to offer any assistance i needed or questions. Totally recommend this pharmacy as they pay attention to all your needs!

  kim Anh , was so amazing..she helped me from 9pm to midnight my boy friend was vomiting due to food poisoning, she texted me and guided how to take the medicine to fix my bf sickness. She is an Angel! Grateful to her for all her patience, care and empathy. Excellent customer service. THANK YOU KIM ANH and take care yourself and your baby.

  ANH the pharmacist is AMAZING !!! She’s helped me out so much during the first day of my menstrual cycle experiencing horrible pain, providing me with amazing supplements and vitamins on the 30th January.I also got to spin the wheel and received a free item which was a cerave lotion. Anh gave me her WhatsApp in case I need to text her whenever and for if I have furthermore questions. I had to come back again on the 31st January as my ears keep popping and have a runny nose. She give me vitamin C hay-fever tablets and a tea that will help with my nose throat and ears… she really knows what she’s doing on my second time around I got to spin the wheel again and I won a very pretty bowl !! I couldn’t thank her enough !!! Thank you ANH you are amazing !!
