  Excellent service from Alice Rental! The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and very responsive to all my questions. Everything was well organized, and they made the rental experience easy from start to finish.   I arrived in Da Nang in March and was staying at a hotel. I wanted to find a place quickly as I was going to stay for about a year. I found Alice on facebook and she was quick to respond and we met up within an hour of first chatting. She asked what type of place I wanted. She was then on the phone making appointments with landlords to come and visit. Within about 30 minutes she had 4 places booked in. We grabbed and Grab and headed out. I settled on one of the places and we signed the 1 year contract. She even took me to the ATM to get the cash for the deposit and 3 months rent in advance. (thats the usual here). The whole process was done from 8:30am and we were done by 1:30, lunch included. She has a fee for her service, obviously, but you can work that out with her. But,, its worth every cent, or dong!!

  Alice was the key to finding the perfect place for me in Da Nang. She really understood what I was looking for and we found the perfect apartment for me. She makes sure the contracts is correct and there are no misunderstandings. And even afterwards she helped me get my deposit back! Can fully recommend !

  Alice showed me many apartments that fit my criteria and the one I chose I am extremely happy with. Not only did Alice help negotiate a great price but helped out on every aspect with the contracts and my moving in. And as an American in a foreign land it’s nice to have a trustworthy person to have confidence in. And even after Alice has become a friend that helps me in so many ways here in Danang that I might make this my new home.

  Alice Pham is an absolute lifesaver and by far the best real estate agent I dealt with in Da Nang. Finding a rental in Da Nang for only 2 months was extremely difficult, especially in such a competitive market where most landlords want a minimum 6 or 12 month lease. I had already spent an entire week going from inspection to inspection, speaking with at least 20 different agents on Zalo and WhatsApp, and nearly all of them shut me down because of my short lease requirement. The few apartments I did inspect that accepted 2 months were honestly very disappointing — poor condition, noisy construction nearby, far from the beach and tourist areas, and landlords asking unreasonable rent for places that were nowhere near worth the price. I had reached the point of giving up and even paid a deposit on a run-down apartment just because I was exhausted from staying in hotels for two weeks and feeling physically unwell. Then, incredibly, that landlord changed their mind and refused to sign for 2 months. That same day, almost like perfect timing, Alice Pham messaged me and asked me to come to her office at 5pm on a Saturday to see what she could do. From the moment I met her, I was impressed. She was busy helping other clients, yet still made time for me. She was friendly, professional, intelligent, and her English was excellent. More importantly, she immediately understood my situation and genuinely wanted to help. Even though I had already been disappointed so many times, Alice stayed determined and somehow managed to find me an incredible brand new apartment in a prime location near the tourist area. I inspected it with her, paid the deposit, and by the next morning I had signed the lease with the management company. I still can’t believe she was able to secure such a great apartment for around the same price as the much worse apartments I had already seen — and for only 2 months. That takes not only strong connections, but also excellent people skills, persistence, and real talent. I can confidently say that without Alice, I would not have found this place. I will absolutely be using her again when I return to Da Nang for a longer stay, and I would also trust her if I decide to buy property in the future. If you are struggling to find an apartment in Da Nang, especially if your requirements are difficult, Alice Pham is the person to contact. Highly, highly recommended.

  I found an amazing 3-story property with a really nice terrace, thanks to Alice. I’m so happy with the layout, everything just flows the way I wanted. And the best part? I told her I wanted somewhere I could do barbecues, and she made it happen.
