  I had a very positive experience with HRD. They listened to my requirements carefully and My Ly, the agent, took me to properties that matched my criteria. I chose a rental in the second viewing. My Ly has good English, listens, is punctual and isn't pushy. She really does here job well. There has also been excellent follow up and communication through My Ly and the landlords which has made my stay very easy. I would highly recommend HDR.

  I checked & joined different facebook groups for long term appartment rentals in Da Nang and then I got contacted by House Rental Da Nang right away. The customer service was just perfect from the very start until I eventually signed the contract of the studio I'm living at right now. The lovely Ms. Đoan arranged all the appointments (flat viewings) I had and made sure I was perfectly fine during the whole time. She sent me all the info and pictures I needed beforehand, so I was perfectly prepared before seeing the objects. I already recommended her to a friend of mine, who was looking for a new place to stay and will do this in the near future as well, as soon as one of my friends would ever need help in this department. Highly recommend! =)
