  Nha Toi has been our go-to spot for anything real estate-related in Hoi An, especially with Ha, who we've known for years. They’ve helped us find a house to rent, secured a great location for our business, and even drafted the rental contract, making everything super easy. We’re fluent in Vietnamese, so dealing with landlords is no big deal for us, but if you’re not, having them handle all the landlord stuff is a huge relief. Ha and her team do awesome work, and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for real estate help.

  I reached out to Ha from outside the country and she was super helpful and friendly with helping us find the right place to stay. In the end there was a problem with the house which was impossible to resolve and, even though we had a contract signed, Ha was supportive and timely with helping us find common ground with the landlady. If I'm back to Hoi An, I'm calling Ha once again! :)

  Ha (The agent) is one of those people you will keep referring to your friends! Ha has genuinely helped us a lot during our stay in Hoi An, from finding the apartment all to way to leaving. She has really high work ethics, really professional, SUPER communicative, and she really understood our needs with the apartment. She waited for me for the initial signing, helped us coordinate water, translation with our landlord, I had to leave town early and she helped me coordinate the deposit with a friend that would've otherwise been quite stressful. She made the whole process and experience really smooth for us. Extremely grateful for all your help, your professionalism, your responsiveness and your work ethics Ha! Wish you all the best 😊

  If you are in need of renting a place in Hoi An, this is the agency to go for. They are very professional, punctual and serious. The communication has been exceptional! They provide actual contracts and you should not be afraid in regards of your deposit going missing. We could not be more happy with our experience. TIP: Even if an apartment is listed as rented out online on their website, do not hesitate contacting them to ask whether the apartment/house is available or not. You can also message them and let them know your rental needs (size, bedrooms, which floor etc.) and they will do their best to accommodate your needs!

  Ms. Ha is a wonderful and helpful agent. She found us the perfect home matching all of our requirements and handled the negotiations with the landlord. Everything was done in a very professional and transparent manner. Highly recommended.

  I don't write a review unless I mean it. I am 45 and have dealt with a LOT of Estate Agents/Property People in my life. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such professionalism, speedy service and the willingness to go the extra mile as I have with this company. I can HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in future. If you want to find a value for money, well-kept and comfortable short or long stay House in Hoi An - FAST, they are THE people to talk to!

  This is the BEST place (and probably only place right now) for foreigners to rent a house in Hoi An. The agents there are really sweet and helpful. They found a perfect monthly place for us right away! Also after they arranged the rental, they were there for us if we needed anything and helped us communicate with the landlord. They also don't charge any additional fee to the renters which is great. We were super happy with our place in Hoi An over the last few months and will definitely use their service again the next time we're in Hoi An.
