  Great service!! Thanks to Global Service Consulting Realty LLC, I found a dream apartment to rent with great deal!! Victoria and her staff are really friendly and helpful. I just asked them couples of requirements and gave them some ideas of my preferred areas, and they listened well and understood all what I really want, then gave me a lot options to go view and useful suggestions. They helped me to get the best deal with the landlord!! They didn't end their job and walked away at the point I rented the apartment, they did offer great customer care and services after my rental contract was signed with the landlord. Not only apartment for rent, Global Services Consulting Realty also provides apartment for rent, office, hotel for sale, restaurant for rent, etc., all kind of properties for rent or sale, any area in Da Nang city. This is great Real Estate Agency 부동산 that I highly recommend everyone should go for it.

  They found me an apartment that was what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. They helped me with discussing things with the landlord and were always quick to answer my needs. You can't find better service!

  I would give this place 0 stars if available. They wasted 5 days of my time. First day told me to meet them at a property in 20 mins. Rush down there sat for almost an hr to see the condo. Then they said people renting the condo I want to buy isn’t gona be home til another 4 hrs. I said no worries. I will go to hoi a for 3 days. Please set up 5 properties for me to look at n please inform any units that is being leased out for the owners to be home n ready to open door so we can look at. So they said ok go enjoy your trip in hoi an. We will send u more photos of more properties on Mon due to the fact we r close on sun. Monday comes, I dont hear anything. So I text them on tues n said we for a 10am appt on wed I haven’t received anything. Then send a bunch of properties well over my budget lol. I was I told u my budget please try to find properties that fits my needs . U said u had about 5 properties that fits my criteria. So now mar 25th im rush down from hoi a come to their office at 955am. They said what u doing here ? I said 10am right ? They said u didn’t get our text so I looked. They text me 15 mins ago at 945am to come at 130pm. I said well u couldn’t have text that last night ? N how many properties r we seeing at 130pm. Still trying to work with them . They said one property lmao. So I raised my voice out of frustration n said I came back to see 5-6 properties! Owner comes flying out her office n said your being rude n loud. Could had be professional and said we are sorry for your inconvenience n explain to me why they didn’t text me the night before and why only showing me one property. Even started yelling at me. Even her staff kinda giggled at me when I was who the hell u talking to like this . I’m not your child . I can see she is just a rude human not only to her clients but to her employees and anyone she crosses. I won’t sugar coat it. Pretty much told her to shut her mouth and we are done ! No need to be loud with me when the company is in the wrong! Also found out the she known for showing a units with nice views just to say they sold when u r ready to buy by speaking to another company. I wouldn’t recommend her and her company to anyone. Now her staff on the other hand was nice but seems afraid of her. I have back up chats via text if she want to call me a liar
