First off I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. I have high standards for food, and have been to many places in Da Nang (as a tourist form Canada). This is a great mid range restaurant and the portions are appropriate for Da Nang standards. The food is very well seasoned, the seating is nice, the service was very nice, and they accept card. The prices were definitely mid range, more than a local casual spot, less than the tourist traps/high end restaurants. It's very close to Han market (although Con Market is much better anyway). The food was savoury, extremely well seasoned, and portions were generous (within the context of what a portion size is in Vietnam). I had the braised Fish and seafood fried rice, and both were excellent. The fish especially was extremely rich and flavorful. Don't listen to these older reviews, or at the very least, understand that my experience was quite great!

Had the most wonderful lunch in Bep Lua! I was supposed to go to another restaurant nearby, but after seeing the long line, I decided to head back to Bep Lua. I was greeted by kind staff, who were able to understand my order and gave me the estimated waiting time. I had ordered their Bun Chua and Lemon juice for my lunch. Their lemon juice was refreshing in the heat of the afternoon, and their food even more so with their fresh vegetables and juicy pork! I couldn’t take a lot of pictures because of how occupied I was with enjoying their food 🩵 If i were to ever visit Da Nang again, I would definitely come back here.

"Absolutely incredible experience! The ambiance is warm and cozy with beautiful lanterns hanging from the ceiling, making it perfect for family gatherings. The pineapple fried rice and crispy Vietnamese pancakes (bánh xèo) were packed with authentic flavors. Highly recommended!"

Great place to have local food! I like this place as it close late, @ 11pm whereas most shops/restaurants close at 9pm. The service was great, fast, and convenient. It has good vibes and coming here was easy as it is just located beside the main road. The price is moderate but lot cheaper than michelin star restaurants nearby. The food is good, served hot, quite fast, and the portion is reasonable. Overall, it's definitely worth it.

Really like the sinh to xoai. It is exceptionally smooth and the taste of mango is great and seems natural. Other foods are okay. Sadly, their signature dishes were sold out (we arrived at the restaurant after 10pm).

A cute place with a Hội An–style vibe. The staff are friendly. The food is about 7/10. The restroom on the second floor is fairly clean. The Central Vietnam–style bánh xèo is crispy but a bit greasy, probably because it was pre-made and reheated rather than freshly cooked. The mustard greens soup with minced pork is tasty. The rice, however, is a bit mushy and bland.

We were hungry and came here because Pizza P4 next door was busy. At first look at the menu, it was very much like the Michelin Star restaurant Bep Cuon. Even the name is similar so we thought they are related. I travel with a group of 7 so here's my review: 1. Price is same as the other tourist restaurants and on the higher side. Came to $819,000 VND ($45 CAD) 2. Has Air con and nice view on 2nd floor. 3. Food came out within 15min. 4. The pho bowl and mi quang noodle bowl portion too small. 5. The fried rice beef was so chewy. The skewers were chewy. 6. The banh xeo was too thick, oily and chewy. Supposed to be thin and crunchy. 7. The fried tofu was ok, but missing a dipping sauce. Too plain, no flavor even the pork floss on top was bland. 8. The scallops weren't real, it was mixed with other things and shaped like scallops. But was tasty. 9. The morning glory and bok choy vegetables were the best and at par with other good restaurants. Overall we were pretty disappointed with the food....considering their location on a busy strip facing the Han River. Very subpar overall. We thought there would be at least 50% or more good dishes.

Very disappointing experience. The spring rolls had very little shrimp or pork. The beef noodle dish was extremely oily and overly salty, with no depth of flavor. The tofu was completely bland and soaked in oil. The pork had almost no meat, mostly fat, yet somehow tasted dry, as if it had been cooked a long time ago. Unfortunately, this was the worst meal I’ve had during my week in Vietnam.
