An elegant, cozy, and most importantly, finger-licking good culinary experience! The staff were friendly and caring, and invited us to have a chat and a photo with the head chef! The instructions on enjoying the meal were clear and easy-to-follow. I ordered the Australian wagyu steak set, and everything in the set was absolutely delicious. The steak was tender, and doneness was perfect. The appetisers and desserts were also mouthwatering. The order of the dishes were flawless. My brother, who ordered the wagyu beef pasta, stated that it was the best pasta he has ever tasted. Overall, I strongly recommend dining in this restaurant, it fully deserves its michelin star, and my high rating!

Had an early birthday celebration for my mom there. This came highly recommended by friends and it certainly did not disappoint. Great presentation and taste. Unpretentious. Be it their seafood or meat or desserts, just so delicious. Their butter and breads were heavenly and their Amuse-bouche was exquisite. The wine pairing was fantastic as well, I will certainly head back the next time I am in Danang again.

Our day at Le Comptoir was fascinating, allowing my friend and me to create beautiful, lasting memories. The cuisson of every dish was flawless. The course was highly imaginative, beautifully evoking the lush, vibrant nature of Vietnam. The masterful use of refreshing flavor profiles was particularly impressive. Furthermore, the wine pairing elevated the entire experience, achieving a seamless mariage with the cuisine. I would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our table server, Quynh, for her dedicated service, as well as to the server with tied-up hair who kindly assisted us with the payment and took such great care of us throughout. If you are seeking an unforgettable evening in Da Nang, Le Comptoir is undoubtedly the definitive destination.

This incredible French restaurant is top notch. Honestly one of the most incredible experiences world-wide! Such a little gem found in Danang. It’s worth going for the tasting menu and don’t forget to add a cheese course too! The food was incredible, I still dream of the scallop ceviche. But all courses were equally as incredible. The wine selection is great too! We even popped into the cheese deli & wine shop (attached but next door) to grab wine and cheese to take home. The service was exceptional, with chef Olivier Corticchiato and his lovely sommelier partner Myriam at the helm it is truly an incredible experience!!

One of the best French dining experiences I’ve had. If this restaurant were in my country, I honestly think it would cost at least twice as much. Every course was beautifully executed, with high-quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The wine pairing was exceptional and elevated the entire meal, so I highly recommend ordering it together with the tasting menu. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. Combined with the elegant atmosphere and outstanding food, it made for a truly memorable evening. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

My husband & I visited Le Comptoir in Da Nang on 24 April & had an absolutely wonderful fine dining experience😍. The 6-course dinner was thoughtfully curated, and every dish impressed us in its own way. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh, beautifully plated, and full of layered flavors. The homemade bread & butter were a perfect start — we tried all three types of bread & two types of butter, and each was delightful. The wild prawns were incredibly fresh with a satisfying, crispy texture. Before the main course, a basil sorbet was served as a palate cleanser — a very thoughtful arrangement. It was refreshing, creatively prepared tableside, and added a visual element of excitement to the experience. Both the wagyu beef & lamb rack were bursting with rich, meaty flavors & cooked to perfection. At the end of the meal, the chef kindly offered us some homemade sweet delights, which wrapped up the entire dinner on a perfect note. Every dish had remarkable depth & texture, with each course revealing a new surprise. The service was equally impressive — all staff were warm, friendly, and professional, providing clear introductions for every dish & making us feel genuinely well taken care of. Overall, Le Comptoir is a truly fancy restaurant with a memorable dining experience. I will definitely revisit whenever I’m back in Da Nang & will happily recommend it to all my friends❣️.

What an unforgettable evening! From the exquisite caviar and freshly shaved black truffle to the incredible Plateau des Fromages where the staff meticulously guided us through an amazing cheese selection, every detail was magnifique! But what truly stole our hearts was the restaurant's incredible warmth and thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for celebrating our children’s upcoming milestone of heading off to college with that beautiful "Happy New Journey!" dessert plate. It was a touche d'élégance that turned a wonderful dinner into a treasured memory. Merci mille fois to the entire team for your passion, hospitality, and soul. We cannot wait to return!

Truthfully fusion/french food in Vietnam have yet reached standards of more modern cities but Le Comptoir curated a decent fusion experience. Rightfully popular so book a few days in advance to secure your seats! Most of the courses were executed nicely with thoughtful balances. We particularly enjoyed the foie gras course, cacao mango was a delightful combo. The buddha’s hand was also a nice touch to prawn course. The wine pairing was sensible and nicely priced. However we felt some dishes weren’t doing as well. Though tasty, morel stole the spotlight of fish course. The wagyu beef course was ordinary. Using mint for desserts was a safe but boring choice. The service was warm and professional. We were running late but the restaurant gracefully took our order while we were rushing over. Slight details can be improved. For example softened butter/slightly warmed bread would make the bread course more enjoyable.
