  Short stay in Da Nang, this place was perfect stay for us. We stayed on the top floor, with the easy access to the roof terrace and the pool. The room was big, everything was perfect fine and it was also quiet at night. The washing machine is in the hallway, very convenient for drying clothes as well rather than having it in the room. The staff at the reception was very nice and accommodating. We had great time, stayed an extra night as well. The beach is 2 min walk and plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The value was definitely there, I can only recommend it.

  Good place to stay. Easy to find and worth the price. The room has kitchenette and washing machine too. Also it has a big coffee shop in the first floor. The receptionist always available but only speak little English. Friendly staff. Would like to comeback again whenever we visit Danang. The minus point was only the pool. It was dirty and kinda small

  Absolutely amazing stay at 7 Seven Sea Villa. After being in Vietnam for 2 days and changing 4 hotels due to poor conditions, this place was a breath of fresh air. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very well maintained — everything feels clean and fresh. The bed is unbelievably comfortable — honestly the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, and I’ve travelled all over the world. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in here, and I’ll be staying for the rest of my trip. Lesson learned — always read the reviews! Highly recommend.

  The best place to stay in Da Nang! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The sea is just steps away, there's a coffee shop downstairs, grocery stores, restaurants - everything is nearby. Large, clean room with a kitchen. Daily cleaning. I'l definitely be back.

  Quiet hotel, apartment near the beach, about 5 mins by Grab to the main tourist area. Cleaned every day with water, fridge, and washing machine, yet plenty of cheap laundry's nearby. Coffee shop as well next door. Very small pool on the roof.

  I booked this spot for the promise of comfort cleanliness and hopes for mold free experience, as ive experienced lots of difficulty in danang with hotels with beautiful pictures but often outdated… Sadly this place is one of them- It felt a bit abandoned with reception rarely present. The room was spacious( the studio apartment), with a comfortable soft bed, however very moldy- in fact i barely slept both nights i was there sneezing and wheezing , the bathroom had a broken toilet seat, rusty shower, and just a general vibe of poorly looked after, for the price. The location however is great. One of my favorite areas of Danang! The sad reality is Danang is experiencing a boom of tourism but not enough workforce to keep up with the demand- so you are left with hotel pictures of when they opened the hotel, on booking sites, while the reality is run down, moldy, cracked and poorly managed facilities😢

  We booked a room for a few days ahead via booking.com and it was confirmed. Nevertheless, when we arrived - they said that they don’t have a room because they are overbooked and they gave our room to someone else who gave them more money. They didn’t offer any help or any solution but just turned us down without any recommendation what to do as we are left without a room.
