  VERY HIGH SPEED of the internet! 👍👍👍 A great place to spend a few weeks or even a couple of months. There is everything you need to cook - a stove, kitchen utensils, a table, a refrigerator. On the 5th floor there is a washing machine that you can use. The room itself is clean. They can clean the room upon request. They also help with renting a bike. The owner is very understanding and is always ready to help if something breaks. The area itself is pretty nice, there is a very tasty coffee shop nearby. The house is well soundproofed, so you will not hear crying children. The area is clean and quiet.

  I recently had the chance to stay at a studio apartment located at 40 Le Tan Toan Street, and it was an absolute delight. The location is one of its biggest advantages – just a short 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach, one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in Vietnam. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Son Tra area, the apartment offers a perfect balance between local charm and expat-friendly convenience. You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and co-working spaces within walking distance. Whether you're a digital nomad, a couple on vacation, or someone looking for a long-term stay, this place ticks all the boxes. The studio itself is modern, well-lit, and thoughtfully furnished. It includes a comfortable bed, small kitchenette, clean bathroom, and even a small balcony – ideal for morning coffee. The building is secure and quiet, with friendly neighbors and responsive management. Another huge plus is its proximity to the city center and Da Nang International Airport – both are less than 15 minutes away by motorbike or taxi. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located studio apartment in Da Nang with easy access to both the beach and city life, 40 Le Tan Toan is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

  Stayed for 2 months, very cozy and homely vibes. The bed was almost too comfortable haha. Staff are friendly and cleaning is thorough. Quiet street, supermarket and Gym are close by. Walk to the beach is about 10 mins. Really fast WiFi, was able to wash my clothes on top floor, shower head had a filter so that was nice and drinking water provided on ground floor, I used some plastic bottles to get refills. I would stay here again!

  This is a beautiful and cozy apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood, making it perfect for relaxing and resting. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi is extremely fast and reliable, which is great for remote work or streaming. The host is very friendly, welcoming, and always quick to help whenever needed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and attractions. I had a wonderful experience staying here and would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

  A perfect studio stay at Anstay I had an amazing experience at this modern studio apartment. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchenette made it easy to prepare simple meals. The location is one of the biggest highlights. Situated on Lê Tấn Toán Street, the apartment is close to local cafes, convenience stores, and great restaurants. Transportation is convenient, and it only takes a few minutes to reach the beach and other tourist attractions. What truly made the stay memorable was the host’s hospitality. Communication was quick and helpful, and check-in was smooth and stress-free. I felt completely safe and welcomed throughout my visit. Overall, this studio is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located place to stay in the city. Highly recommended!

  I cannot recommend this place due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The cleaning was incredibly rushed—the host only started at 1:45 PM and handed us the keys at 2:00 PM. As a result, the bathroom was dirty, with hairs from previous guests and unwashed cups left behind. The apartment is showing its age; the floors look water-damaged and worn out. Most concerning is the black mold in the bathroom, which appears to be repeatedly painted over rather than fixed. There is no ventilation unless you keep the window wide open. Overall, a very poor standard, at least in this room.

  Beware of this place. The host is the worst I’ve had. Firstly the place has a huge patch of mould on it, the mattresses are stained and so are the pillows. There’s ants everywhere and cockroaches too. The host tried to charge me for getting a bit of blood from where I’d shaved on the towel, all of which are in bad condition as it is any way which seemed like a money making exercise. I also washed some lululemon clothes from home and when I got them out there was holes in them, there was a broken plate or bowl in the washing machine, when I told the host she told me I should have checked the machine first. Any way, when I left my honest review on Airbnb she has not requested an amount of £36.88 and messaged me to say this is because it the bad review, further confirmation that she’s trying to make a bit of extra cash when initially she asked for £2.80.

  5/5 ⭐️ for everything. Place was clean and had free weekly cleaning. Hanh had paid attention to things that we didn’t find in most other places in Vietnam. She has motorcycles to rent if you want. The location is 10 mins walk from the beach. There are two 24/7 Vinmarts just around the corner. Location feels safe even to walk back at 1 am.||||Hanh and her husband were very accommodating. They arranged for a desk and cushions for chairs when they realised that we’d spend some time on our computers during the day.||||Good hot water, unlimited drinking water, stable and fast internet, secure locks, ccTV cameras outside, no issues with privacy, quiet area but walkable to most interesting places (or use Grab (Asia’s Uber)). You can visit the beautiful town of Hoi An in the afternoon and return late at night (Hoi An is stunning at night). We cooked most of our meals but there are cafes around and Hunh’s friends place which is 2 mins walk is something we can recommend too where a meal for two costs less than $4!||||We can recommend Hanh’s place without any hesitation.
