  We are a family of three and this hotel/apartment worked very well for us. Location is perfect. Nearby many restaurants, cafes, and very close to the beach. We were upgraded to a larger room when we got there and it was three bedrooms. The only thing that would’ve made the stay better was somewhere other than the beds to sit. Service was great, WiFi was strong. Breakfast in the morning was decent. Rooftop pool was clean, sauna was a nice bonus. The gym has outdated equipment, but still somewhat functional.

  We booked the three bedroom apartment for our family. We absolutely loved our room as it had enough space to accommodate us all. The room even had a small kitchen and a refrigerator, which is something we always prefer to have during our trips. It also had a balcony which is really for when we simply want to look around the street, and watch the beach. They also made sure to clean our room every day, which we don't really mind since we are mostly out during the day. So we always come back to a clean room and stocked up bathrooms. There's lots of cafes and restaurants nearby so we had plenty of choices when it comes to meals. There's also a mart a few steps away from the hotel so in case we need any snacks or drinks, its easy for us to get it. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Joyce. She made sure that we were accomodate and we had everything we needed during our stay. Our family had no issues nor negative experiences regarding this hotel and we will gladly stay here again if we ever come back to Da Nang.

  If you are planning a trip to Da Nang, I can't recommend this hotel enough. I stayed for 4 nights, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome throughout your stay. What impressed me most was how they handled a minor hiccup. There was a tiny mistake in my reservation, but the team handled it with total professionalism. They did their best to solve it immediately and even upgraded my room to ensure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that turns a small issue into such a positive experience. I highly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return on my next visit to the city!

  The three days of the stay were amazing with a really good experience but during the checkout they didn't give us any prior information about the checkout and they asked us to checkout within half an hour or giving us information. They blamed us for not leaving and lied to us saying that they gave us the information 2 hrs back. The receptionist named Joyce was very rude to us and she disrespected everyone and made a big scene in the reception abt us not leaving early. "I don't wanna talk to you guys anymore. I will not talk" these were her words and this is how they treat their customers over a small inconvenience and even when they didn't give us any information we made sure to leave within half an hour and now they are making their guests sit in the reception with our luggage in the middle of hotel and this is very disrespectful for us as their are other tourists infront of whom our reputation is being damaged.

It is a self-assigned label that does not reflect the reality of the service or facilities.Photos vs. Reality: The rooms are poorly maintained and lack the basic cleanliness a family deserves. Watching your family’s excitement turn into immediate disappointment upon arrival is a feeling no traveler should face.Superficial Help: While management claims to offer "assistance," their gestures are empty and fail to fix the core issues. We spent our precious vacation time in a sub-standard environment that felt like a marketing trap.Verdict: Your family’s comfort and limited vacation time are too valuable to risk. Do not be swayed by unverified stars or "discounts." Choose a truly certified hotel that actually delivers the quality your family worked hard for.

  A 3brm, 3 bathroom apartment was booked for 10 nights. The "apartment" was infact 3 seperate rooms side by side with 1 room housing the extra facilities, table, chairs washing machine. It was nothing like the pictures and in my opinion more of a budget standard room. If the hotel persist in selling this arrangement, at least have photos of the actual set up.Tired looking, mould on grout in bathroom and a stain on couch. As 2 of our group were delayed by flight changes and it was late in the evening we choose to take 2 rooms for 2 nights and look for accomodation elsewhere, we ended up staying a 3rd night as we were then offerred a 2brm, 2 bthrm option, which we initially accepted as it had been hard to find an alternative, then moving elsewhere. The remaing 2 members of our group booked elsewhere and as it was so close to the Richico we walked to it and actually viewed the rooms and deciding to book there instead.The one positive is the reception ladies who did their absolute best to try and give us a better room when one became available. They are 5 star staff working in an average 3 star hotel.

  Booked 3-beds apartment. Good value for money. Great location very close the My Khe beach and other cafes and restaurants. Simple breakfast. Only downside is we found a cockroach on the bed right before we went to sleep.

  We had a comfortable two-night stay at the hotel. While the breakfast and facilities were fairly standard, the excellent location made a significant difference to our overall experience. Motorbike rental was easy and well-organized, and the staff were warm, responsive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay.
