  We stayed at Dong Duong Hotel & Suites in Da Nang for 4 nights and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless throughout everything felt clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The level of service really stood out, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful, assisting with our bags from the car and taking them up to our rooms. Throughout our stay, they were always attentive opening doors when we left and returned, and making us feel genuinely welcome every time. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It made a big difference and added to an already great stay. Would definitely recommend Dong Duong Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting Da Nang!

  During our stay, we had an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. A special mention goes to one of the bellboys who was incredibly helpful with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. He also took the initiative to inform us about the breakfast hours without us even having to ask. While I did not catch his name, his proactive service and outstanding hospitality truly stood out. (see attached photo) Congratulations to the team for maintaining such high standards—highly recommended!

  Dong Duong Hotel was an excellent experience from the moment of arrival. Nana and Eddie, who were at the reception that day, truly set the tone for the entire visit. They were both incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. Their outstanding service made me feel valued as a guest right away. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the warm and exceptional hospitality provided by the front desk team. The breakfast and lobby were absolutely amazing.

  Stayed at a better hotel for my last night in Da Nang. It's a comfy and luxurious room, all under RM130, really worth it. Love the antique design, with many photo spots at the lobby & dining area. N I had to mention that the breakfast buffet was great. Staff are friendly, professional & fluent in English. My top 3 hotel to stay in Da Nang in future.

  Liked that it's close to marketplaces and shops. The room however had a musty smell. It was clean for an old hotel, it's just really clear that the place has aged. And I think something in the room was still a bit moist from cleaning maybe before we went in. The restaurant area and reception had great antique displays. It was like a museum. Breakfast was so so. Overall I think it doesn't quite live up to the 4-star rating, but as a place to stay for a quick visit and if you're going to be outside wandering most of the time, then it's good enough.

  Very interesting, lots of memorabilia in the foyer and a lovely vibe. For me, the dimmed lighting, whilst atmospheric, I didn’t enjoy, and so I didn’t want to relax in the room other than sleep. But the value, really, is very good. Great area with eateries and cafes.

  Plus:Location awesome, 600m from Han Market, many amenities nearby walking distance. 50m-200m there are like 5 spas, my favourite pho place, a thai restaurant, minimart, coffe place, a Tabalo across the road, and many others. I rented a scooter from the hotel for 2 days. Didn't try out any of the other hotel facilities.Cleanliness is good.Price of the room is good. This is my 2nd time staying here. They gave me a huge room both times, with 2 beds (a double & a single), and comes with a balcony too which is good for smokers :-;.All the hotel staff are awesome, all very friendly and always smiling when i see them.Minus:Don't expect too much of the hotel breakfast, its simple fare.The water pressure of the shower not so great but will do. It's got this weird thing where the longer you shower, the hotter the water gets.Some of the fixtures not so great, like the knob for the curtain is loose, the lock on the balcony door can't be locked.Summary:The pluses make up for all the so so and i'll definitely come back again.

  It's kind of like a museum. Very nice exhibits. The staff is excellent. The hotel is quite dated. The breakfast was very good and wide range of food. The balcony was dirty. The room smelled like dirty wet feet. We will not be going back to this location.
