  Context: family of 4 with 2 young kids staying for 5 nights in Apr 2026. Rooms: Spacious, Comfy Beds, Rooms done every day, Slept well, Aircon very efficient cooling us after a hot day out. Service: Very good! They are like family who genuinely take care of the their guests- management must be good as it seems like each staff enjoy their work. Ivy was exceptional helpful with my needs, my kids loved "Gum" who greeted them every breakfast as he was "always happy and helpful". There were many staff I'd like to mention but I didn't catch their names. Breakfast: Very good! Swimming Pool: my kids loved it! Well maintained, no foul smells. Many floaties and life jackets for little ones. Location: Very convenient and easy to get around. Because it's located on a 1-way street, this made it less busy directly outside when you step out and safer for my kids. The free bike usage had an extra cushion seat for 1 child to sit behind you while biking around which my kids loved. Recommendation: I highly recommend this place to any friends or family when travelling to Da Nang.

  Thank you for a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of: welcome drink, explanation of their wonderful services (massage, pool, …), taking our extensive luggage upstairs. The room large, with super comfortable king sized bed (medium hard), sofa and 2 chairs. Sunken large tub in the bathroom. The air conditioner kept the room at a pleasant temperature and we did not hear any noise. Excellent buffet breakfast, with Vietnamese and Western dishes (we had Cao Lao, fruit, omelette). Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, cafés and dessert places nearby. We had an outstanding dinner and then lunch the next day (see photos). We look forward to staying here again!

  Really enjoyed my stay at Fivitel Boutique. What stood out the most was how friendly everyone was, from the guys helping with luggage to the reception staff. They were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is not brand new, but the rooms are spacious. The price is also very affordable compared to other hotels with similar room size in the area. Location is quite central, so getting around Da Nang was easy. Overall, I left with a very good impression mainly because of the hotel staff. They made the stay feel comfortable and genuine.

  ⭐ 5/5 Excellent Front Desk Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to especially highlight the amazing service from the front desk team. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. They handled check-in efficiently, answered every question with patience, and even helped with local recommendations that made my trip much smoother. What impressed me the most was their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile — whether it was arranging transportation, helping with special requests, or simply greeting guests with a genuine smile. The front desk team truly made me feel valued and taken care of. Because of their exceptional service, I would happily return to this hotel again. Highly recommended!

  The services are outstanding! They even celebrate my husband’s birthday. The housekeeping staff is very well trained. Your belongings are their priority and safe. I left my diamond rings but it’s still there when i get back to the room. The staffs are so kind and the smiles are memorable especially Cara and Ivy. We will come back definitely. Highly Recommended!

  The services and breakfast are perfect and absolutely excellent. The location is quiet during the night especially after 10pm. The hotel was comfortable yet below the expectation, maybe it’s because of the age of the hotel, which I think was a bit old. If you do not mind, and is looking for service level, this hotel is well recommended to stay.

  Excellent location, near the dragon bridge, numerous restaurants & bars in close vicinity. What can I say about the hotel, for us it was about the staff, could not do enough for us, so very friendly, kind & helpful. Thank you Ivy & staff. Room & bathroom very nice & spotless. replenish bathroom items everyday ie soap, shower caps, ear ups, toothbrush etc. Bottled water everyday. Breakfast really good, did omelettes on request & fried eggs even cooked me some bacon, bless them. Pool is on top floor lovely views. Hotel is easy to find if lost as it bright yellow & lit up at night. For us an overall fantastic stay at lovely hotel🖤💜

  Considering the price of £139 for 3 nights in a family room including breakfast for two, we have both been extremely impressed by our stay here.Staff are very courteous, very attentive (but not overpowering) and proactive in ensuring our comfort and well-being. Breakfast is enjoyable, with a wide choice and it was great that I could order poached eggs too!!Our flight is not until 11pm. We might have paid for late checkout had the family rooms not been fully booked. However, we were delighted that we could come back for a shower on the 18th floor in the early evening before heading to the airport.Location is good, with Dragon Bridge just a couple of streets away. Several foot massage spas are just 5 minutes walk away, as well as a spa in the hotel too.We did a couple of excursions with affiliated drivers; all fine, and of course taxi availability is great for getting about.An hotel we enjoyed and recommend.
