The best stay I've had so far in Vietnam. The welcoming is super friendly, the staff is always trying to help and warm, honest and fair. The value for money I believe has to be one of the highest. I don't know how better quality can it get! I had the river view room which was beautiful, however, given second thought I would take a room with balcony to be able to re-fresh the air (the river view window room is not able to be opened), and in my stay the Sauna was broken. Which is okay and happens :) But the amenities you are getting, the rooftop working space, the pool, the breakfast which is so rich in options. People that stay here - please consider the hard working staff doing daily housekeeping and only request if you really need it. They are so hardworking and remaining so friendly and open inspite of that. I enjoyed my stay so much and would like that the workers in it would also thrive <3 Big big thank you for everything. Some things I would improve for the hotel management: - More seating areas by the pool, we found that the 4 seats were quite limited - A hanging / pull up bar for the gym was missing for me personally - Having electricity plugs to be able to work in the beautiful rooftop in the most upper floor

We had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Da Nang and truly enjoyed our experience. While early check-in was not allowed, the hotel was very helpful in storing our luggage, which made things much more convenient while we waited. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the clean infinity pool, which offered amazing panoramic views and was a perfect place to relax. We stayed in a higher-floor room, and the view was absolutely stunning—especially the breathtaking sight of Dragon Bridge through the large glass window. It made our stay even more special. A lovely bonus was the complimentary foot massage for one person, which was very relaxing after a day of exploring. We also chose the full-body massage, and it was equally soothing and rejuvenating. Overall, Fivitel Da Nang offered a memorable combination of comfort, beautiful views, great food, and relaxing wellness services. We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Danang Hotel. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It offers a beautiful panoramic view of Da Nang city that made my stay even more memorable. The room had a unique and slightly edgy design while still feeling warm and comfortable, almost like being at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. One of the pleasant surprises was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage after check-in, which was a great way to relax after traveling. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient for exploring Da Nang. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great views, and excellent hospitality.

The location and the room was amazing! Had the view of the Han river and the Dragon bridge from the room (River Suite). They gave vouchers of Free foot massage as well. Super cool. The masseuse however could have been better. Have definitely had better massages in Hoi An and Hanoi both. The the hotel policy overall is extremely strict about fines. Was charged 500,000 VND for a very light oil stain on the bedsheet (which apparently they have to send to laundry to get cleaned). The stain was also from a medicinal oil which my 80 year old grandma absolutely has to use. The note that they left in the room somehow clearly said that “henceforth, you may be charged” . If there are 2 rooms, 2 sheets that they found - technically the 3rd one should have been charged. Didn’t argue at checkout, wanted a peaceful departure. Breakfast was okay, nothing too great - tends mainly to other Asian cultures, nothing that Indians can look forward to.

Stayed here while filming for Crash Course Hotels. Favorite feature: Rooftop garden and bar — one of the best spots in Da Nang to watch the Dragon Bridge show. Make a reservation so you don't miss out. Amenities: Gym: Yes (small but adequate) Pool: Yes Rooftop Bar: Yes Beautiful views of the Han River. The room is compact but well equipped with comfortable beds, a balcony with city views, safe, minibar and a bathroom with a seated shower area. Breakfast offers solid options and the staff are genuinely friendly throughout. Worth noting that tour groups come through regularly which can make common areas busier at certain times — but the overall atmosphere remains quiet and family friendly. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was found simply by comparing customer reviews and price. Sometimes that approach works out perfectly. You can strengthen the review by mentioning that you paid the charge despite disagreeing with it: Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. During checkout, we were charged extra for towels that had become dirty through normal use. While we paid the amount requested to avoid further arguments, we found the charge unreasonable, as towels are meant to be used and washed by the hotel afterward. The reception staff were not very accommodating. Whenever we raised concerns, it often felt as though they were looking for opportunities to impose additional charges rather than help guests. Communication was frustrating because staff frequently did not listen properly and, at times, raised their voices during discussions. The breakfast was another disappointment, especially for vegetarians. The variety was extremely limited, and most mornings we were left with little more than bread and jam. Cleanliness also fell short of expectations. We noticed stains on the bathroom doors, which reflected poorly on the hotel's housekeeping standards. Overall, despite paying all requested charges, we left feeling that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Better customer service, fairer policies, and improved cleanliness would make a significant difference.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service and an unforgettable stay!|Our 2-night stay at Fivitel Da Nang was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality here is outstanding; every staff member and special mention to Lisa went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience.||The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, and the amenities (especially the rooftop pool area) were a major highlight. It’s in a great location that makes it easy to get around and experience the best of Da Nang. If you are looking for excellent service and a great atmosphere, look no further. We will definitely be back!

Best stay ever! Book 2 triple rooms and 1 double. Each room is quite huge for double, beautiful aesthetic interior design which suits my style, clean, welcoming and has an amazing view of the city, Han river and Dragon bridge. Loved chilling, relaxing and waking up to a beautiful view. Breakfast spread is quite varied and tasty. Enjoyed swimming in pool overlooking the river and city. Massage was great too. Staff from concierge to front office to housekeeping to kitchen crew were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again!
