  The location is awesome, right near the market and food stalls. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and kind. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and they set up a lovely, simple surprise in the room just as requested. I also loved that the hotel reaches out via WhatsApp 1 or 2 days before arrival. A special thanks to Giang, the staff member who messaged me and helped coordinate everything!

  I had a wonderful experience at HAIAN. The hotel has a direct view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge, which looks especially beautiful and relaxing at night. The room was clean, tidy, and airy, making it very comfortable to rest. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed support, they responded and assisted very quickly, which made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend HAIAN. I will definitely come back when I visit Da Nang again!

  Great location and view, my views are from the corner room on 10th floor. The roof-top-ish pool is great to escape from the heat. room was quite comfy and the large.circle bed is a lot of fun for 1 person to just roll and flip around in. Only downside for me was the awkward bathroom layout, where the view is great from toilet seat, but the view is great toqz aq the toilet seat. And you can shower while on the toilet, which may be great depending on how you feel.

  We stayed at Haian riverfront resort for 3 nights. The stay for 3 nights was a memorable one. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Dragon bridge, cafes, coffee shops and good restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast mainly consists of Vietnamese cuisine. Overall highly recommended for a lovely and memorable stay in Danang

  If you want to stay away from the beach, this area can be a good choice. The Han Market is close by, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés, just like in the beach area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. However, I couldn’t ignore the strong perfume scent in the hallway at times and at the front reception area. It wasn’t pleasant for me, as I’m not fond of perfumes. Then again, when the perfume isn't presented, there's strong carpet ordor in the hallway. I guess it makes sense until there's another solution. There was also a noticeable smell of pollution in the room. I’m not sure if it came from an uncleaned A/C filter or from somewhere else that was open—I couldn’t identify the source. The room was also quite noisy—the windows seem thin, and you can hear outside activities very loudly. Earplugs were provided for guests, which helped a bit. That said, it got better late at night and didn’t bother me as much. I don't know if I can recommend their spa service. The first time, I almost felt anxious during the session. The therapist seemed to be just going through the motions—rushing and quite rough. Throughout the entire treatment, there was a loud, broken fan noise mixed with airplane sounds, along with the spa music. It was an odd and unpleasant combination, and I couldn’t relax at all. I just wanted it to end as soon as possible. I let them know I wasn't satisfied. Since I purchased two sessions, they arranged a more experienced therapist for the next one, and it was much better.

  The hotel is really amazing, the view is really cool we’re so close to the twin tower. also the service in here is really great, thanks to Mr. Syah (Concierge) for helping us bring our luggage and also explaining about the room facility and thanks to Mr. Hary (Front Office) for giving us the best room with an amazing view of twin tower.. Also for the breakfast is really delicious and a lot of option that you can choose and take as much as you want. Really reccomend this hotel for holiday, honeymoon, or even for birthday❤️🙏🏻More

  Had a wonderful stay at HAIAN Riverfront Hotel Da Nang with my spouse. We were pleasantly surprised with an anniversary cake prepared by the hotel, which was a very thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special.Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a bathtub and a unique circular bed that made the experience even more memorable. The location was also excellent — very convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. We especially loved that we could see the Dragon Bridge from our room view.One area that could be improved would be the housekeeping. We stayed for a week, and while housekeeping came by daily for basic cleaning and to refill bottled water, the bedsheets were not changed during our stay.Overall, we still had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful hospitality.

  When booking the room, I left several special requests in the comments, and the staff paid great attention to them.When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The view from the window was incredible — we could see the Dragon Bridge.The only issue was that our room had a round bed. It was very cozy and comfortable, but if you're taller than 170 cm, your feet might hang off the edge... and the bed monster might get you at night! 😄 Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change rooms on the first night because the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff remained polite and helpful throughout.The next day, we were moved to a room with a regular bed, and from that moment our stay became absolutely wonderful.The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by taxi.Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. Lunches were also very good, and it was convenient that they could be booked for any time during the day. The portions were huge! 😻Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.During our stay, most of the guests were Asian travelers from various countries. As Europeans, we immediately noticed it, and honestly, we loved it. It felt like we were truly in Asia rather than in an international tourist bubble, which made the experience even more memorable.The only area that didn't fully meet our expectations was the facilities. The pool area looks somewhat different from the promotional photos. However, the beautiful view is still there. The pool is quite deep — around 1.2 meters if I remember correctly. We didn't see any children using it, which might be a bonus for some guests, while families with young children may find it less convenient.There is also a small gym area where you can do most basic workouts. There are plenty of weights available. It can get a little warm in that area, though.The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
