  Really lovely boutique style hotel. Very stylish but not horribly overdone... very tasteful. The very good breakfasts had plenty of choice for pretty much every taste. Staff are absolutely lovely and utterly helpful. Just a couple of minutes around the corner to the great My Khe beach. Would definitely stay again.

  We have had the most amazing stay at K House Apartment! We want to say a huge thank you to all the staff for really making our stay! We were here for an extended amount of time (30 nights) and were made to feel like family. Any requests or problems we had were solved incredibly efficiently with a smile every time and seen as no nuisance. The staff really went above and beyond to help us (free luggage storage, local recommendations and more!). We especially want to give a big thank you to Savannah on reception who is incredibly kind and friendly and works so hard! The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Housekeeping are very thorough. Breakfast is delicious and the woman serving is very kind and helpful! The pool is beautiful and has the perfect amount of both shade and sun. The location of the hotel is also great with easy access to the beach, the local minimart and a delicious restaurant next door! I could not recommend this place enough!

  Had a great stay here for a first vacation with our young family including our nanny. Appreciated the responsiveness of the hotel staff to any needs. Great location where you are near the beach and close to great value eateries and massage parlors. Would stay here again on a repeat visit.

  Excellent, cute and intimate hotel close to everything. The pool is enclosed by the buildings with a lot of sunlight and a great Garden which makes you feel like you have a nice little refuge from the city. Rooms were clean and the front desk is great. Good prices on room service and tours. We had a family room (aka two beds in a regular room) which was a bit pricey for what it was (90 euros a night). Breakfast was not great - limited options, often cold, and okay quality. This said, we'd definitely rebook!

  Really excellent staff! Beyond impressed! Just the kindness and respect they have for their customers and each other. Outstanding! Location is great! No CONSTRUCTION near by!! The street is riddled with new hotels being constructed, but not near this place! Rooms are very very big! Unfortunately there is a smell of mold... it's rather strong.. it needs the internal aircon cleaned.. also could use some lemongrass spray to improve smell. Breakfast was very simple and delicious. The only reason I gave less stars in the smell of mold. This place is also long term accommodation for people.. so good if you want to negotiate a long stay.

  While the staff are incredibly lovely and helpful, the actual rooms were not in the best condition. There was an ant infestation in the bathrooms, the room had an awful damp mildew smell that didn’t go away with opening the windows or turning on the air conditioning, and there were spots of of mold/dampness on the ceiling. Our mattress and pillows were so hard, both my partner and I woke up with back and neck pain daily. I asked for another pillow but they did not have a different kind. For the last 2 nights of our stay, my partner and I had to shove clothes into the pillow cases because they were so unbearable. We would wake up multiple times in the middle of the night due to the discomfort and dampness. Another issue to raise would be the lack of ventilation in the shower room. The only ventilation provided was a window (didnt do much), but keeping the window open creating a whole other issue regarding mosquitos. The toilet was separated by a glass door and did not provide proper privacy (this was especially bad when I had food poisoning) Breakfast was also quite limited. The cafe connected to the hotel was good and had calming decor. K house would be worth it if the price were significantly cheaper.

  K House vs Apartment – 44 Lâm Hoành, Mỹ Khê, Đà Nẵng||We’ve stayed here a few times already, and each visit makes us fall in love with the place all over again. It’s small, but has such a unique and warm atmosphere. The location is just a little off the main road — very nice and peaceful! It’s quiet, though you may hear the neighborhood roosters crowing in the morning. We’ve gotten used to it, and honestly, it’s still much better than traffic noise.||One lovely detail is the little fish pond right by the sidewalk as you approach the front door — such a charming and relaxing welcome.||Just a one-minute walk brings you to the white sand beach, where the morning breeze, fresh air, sunrise, and the gentle mist of seawater with dew on your face make you feel like you’re walking on the sky.||The staff are excellent — always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Even if you ask for something not on the list, they will do their best to make it happen, thoughtfully and beyond expectations. Many of the young staff are college students fluent in English, and they communicate with confidence, making everything easy and professional.||Breakfast is served at 7:00, simple but just enough — not a buffet with a hundred items like chain hotels, but always fresh, tasty, and filling. If you’d like something special, the chef will happily prepare it for you, treating you like family. At first, the personal approach felt a bit unusual, but we quickly grew to love the warm relationship between staff and guests. The food is always prepared with care and love, and if you’re a little late, it doesn’t matter.||The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping is available upon request at any time, and you’ll also find utensils and cookware if you’d like to prepare your own meal. Every day, a small care package is provided with bottled water, fresh towels, and toilet paper — such a thoughtful touch! Soft drinks, beer, and water are also available at very reasonable prices in a cool and roomy refrig. in the room provided from the hotel.||The pool is clean and well maintained. Of course, sometimes a leaf floats by, but everything is cleaned regularly. And every time we swam, the staff immediately offered towels.||We recommend this place without hesitation — it truly feels like a little home away from home!||Max Do Sept. 2025

  Excellent stay. Good clean rooms. However no closed cupboards or drawers in the room. Safe is available. Cooking facilities available on demand. Great breakfast spread. Incase of high demand we had to wait for seating. The employees are very humble and assist in all requirements. We had faced issues with ants in the room but it was promptly addressed on complaining. Located near the beach which is a great plus.
