This is a very nice hotel. Upon arrival it is very gorgeous however is located in busy road. The staff checked us in early and welcomed us to our room. The breakfast was good (not great) and we enjoyed it every day. We were here about a week and became familiar with most staff. The staff as a whole has a 50/50 chance of being friendly. The pool area is AMAZING with a lush garden surrounding it- was genuinely peaceful (as long as MY children weren’t being loud 🤦‍♀️) The gym area overlooks the pool/garden and seemed very up to date. There is a walking street between the buildings. Very beautiful! However- there is only one place to eat near by without having to cross a major highway. With little children this was not ideal. We ordered a lot of Grab. 8/10 would return

This was a difficult review to write, mainly because it's apparent the staff have to deal with tourists who book in here with high expectations -and are so used to hearing negatives they are wary and a bit frosty on arrival -they do a very difficult job here! But we're friendly and receptive when engaged in passing. The entrance looked somewhat abandoned before tet decorations arrived, and the building has seen better days -Its old and worn. Nothing in the gym works, the pool is cold and a bit dirty from tree debris. Nevertheless the room I had was kept clean by housekeeping, they meticulously changed towels daily. Bedding was remade daily and only changed one a week (from what I noticed). I had an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent/sheets/towels -but I do have sensitive skin. I found 3 cockroaches in my room on the 5th floor during on the last few days of my stay, all upside down which led me to reconsider my allergy to the laundry and instead think it was the chemicals on the floor transferring! The bathroom drain smelt rotten and a stale smell emanated profusely even when covered. There were times when the AC would smell like cigarettes in my non smoking room late at night especially -waking me up, having to open the windows to air somewhat defeated the point of AC but yet wasn't enough to cool the room alone. When raised to reception they advised housekeeping would check -on what I don't know as it seemed to be an ac connection issue between the rooms and the issue didn't stop. The housekeeping took the TV remotes away and had to be requested back, to which one was returned... The TV box kept glitching and turning off anyway so I gave up. There is a sports pitch behind this hotel, and one morning I awoke at 5.50am to a brass band practice, and a random karaoke on blast but that didn't happen again in the 2 weeks i was here. One night I arrived back to find my door open, nothing taken or looked disturbed, but everything valuable was locked away in the safe... It's almost impossible to leave a door here open accidentally as they have arms which pull them closed, so I was miffed. The door locks also did not look secure from the inside and had visibly been broken in multiple times. On my last night, night security knocked at 2am and before I could answer the door let themselves in only to be surprised I was in bed half asleep! I heard some radio discussions and a short while later they knocked again saying a guest downstairs had complained about noise from upstairs, to which I threw on the light to show him I was alone and exclaimed clearly trying to sleep and not making any noise. The next morning on checkout when I queried the receptionist apologised and said there had been a mix up with room numbers. As a solo female this was worrying. The bathroom wall between mine and the room next door was somewhat makeshift and shared a window, not that there was any visible contact between but it sounded as if they were in my bathroom when in theirs and you could hear all ablutions. The breakfast had standard egg menu, ham, bacon, congee, a soup, a daily pho, two different types of rice dishes (sticky and stir fried) cooked vegetables, potato, corn/tempura, basic salad, beef/chicken/pork curry/stir fry, dumplings/deep fried fish/other meat each with rotating ingredients daily for variation. And a mix of 3 fruits and some pot deserts, bakes and toast with butter and apricot jam -enough to keep anyone satisfied but probably not worth paying extra for. I got as the room deal with agoda included it. Overall this was a weird one, I was grateful to be somewhere clean(ish) booked in short notice, but if I'd had more time to research other accomodation that would have been a better move.

It's a 4-star hotel strategically located in central Da Nang. Room rates are very reasonable and include complimentary breakfast. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, spa, and restaurant. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, although the connection can be slow and spotty at times. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of dishes. It's always nice to start the day with a hearty meal and a hot cup of coffee. Overall, Eden Plaza Da Nang is a good choice for travelers seeking a comfortable place to rest and enjoy a hot shower after a day of touring around the city.

Well I went to this hotel for a nice vacation and the staff was nice but I wouldn’t give this hotel a 4 stars because there was egg shell on my egg like it was a small mistake but still I have to call to the reception and tell them to clean my room plus I also put the sign and it look like no one came until I call. About the room there was like space between the wood floor and the bathroom was pretty big I would say the bathroom should be smaller and the room should be bigger and before this I stayed in Vanda hotel and the staff here said this place is better than Vanda but I don’t think so. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Also to ere was some random people keep trying to get in to my room and it happened three time already like what why is there people doing that.

Yesterday I checked in at Eden Plaza and was allotted a room. When I went to the bathroom to switch on the hot water in the bathtub, water started leaking and I experienced a mild electric shock. I immediately informed the reception, and an engineer was sent to inspect the issue. It was then advised that the room needed to be changed. A big thank you to the receptionist on the 10.03.2026 night shift for promptly arranging another room and assisting with the situation. @Eden Plaza – Kindly ensure guest safety and conduct proper pre-checks before allotting rooms to guests.

Horrible experience with Room.we had booked superior room as we had child with us.They gave room in block B which is the most dirty and pathetic tower with pathetic smell. The potty seat was next to washbasin and jet spray and tissue were out of the reach.Practicallly pathetic infrastructure. The bed was on one side and AC on another side.no sure whether any architect was involved in designing the room.Hardly any Veg option in break fast and taste was horrible.Staff had 1 excuse that they don't understand English. In short pl avoid booking this hotel

No complaints for the price. Breakfast was decent, hotel room was fairly quiet. Wifi speed was fast and mostly reliable. Staff was friendly and smiling.
