The house is lovely and has two super adorable pets. The room was spacious, airy, fully equipped with basic amenities, and everything still felt quite new. For the price, it was definitely very reasonable. The staff were incredibly sweet and supportive, even though I arrived late at night. The location is also very convenient — right in the center of many food spots and close to Dragon Bridge. The road is wide, so traveling by car is very comfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Da Nang. It felt more like a cozy guesthouse rather than a typical hotel, with a warm and homey atmosphere. There was even a cute dog in the lobby, which made the stay extra relaxing. The koi fish on the property were also a lovely touch and something we personally really enjoyed. The location was excellent — within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge, Han Market, and many popular local restaurants, which made exploring the area very convenient. There was one small incident during our stay where a ceramic soap dispenser in the shower accidentally fell and broke, which caused a minor injury. However, the staff handled it very kindly and professionally, quickly replacing it and reassuring us that everything was okay. We really appreciated their understanding and response. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you prefer a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

This place is absolutely great for a half-day stay to rest before a late-night flight! (Highly recommended for Korean travelers!) Staying here briefly allowed us to enjoy downtown Da Nang one last time. We visited various spots like Lan-gio Restaurant and the Pink Church, and then completely chilled out and relaxed at a nearby cafe. The room is spacious and well air-conditioned, and the amenities aren't bad. However, there is a bit of a musty smell due to the humidity, which seems somewhat unavoidable. There is a swimming pool on the first floor (ground floor), and you can even see a cute dog, turtles, and a rabbit! Additionally, the 4th floor has a swing and some board games, making it a fun place to hang out. Even though we didn't stay overnight, it was the perfect spot to enjoy the neighborhood, get plenty of rest, and fully recharge before heading back home.

Rooms: Room is reasonably big for 2 pax. The door to the balcony cannot be locked. There was only day curtain such that we were getting lotsa light into the room by 6AM in Da Nang. Bathroom was small and old. Shower curtain was only at knee length thus the entire bathroom would be wet after every shower. Service: All staff were friendly and helpful. Service and response were quick. The resident French pug, Porky, was always chained whenever his was around during the day. Felt that he's quite a poor thing. Location: Good. Walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and many eateries and cafe.

The hotel has a very cute and charming style. It’s located next to the main road and not very close to the beach, but getting around by Grab is easy and convenient. The room was generally okay, although it wasn’t perfectly clean. There was quite a bit of dust on some shelves and in corners, but it was still acceptable for a short stay. The hotel lobby is very lovely and nicely decorated, which creates a pleasant atmosphere when you arrive.

Quiet, well-located hotel in Da Nang — nestled in a peaceful neighborhood but steps from cool cafes, restaurants, and local eateries. Easy walk to Dragon Bridge, the Museum of Cham, and Han Market (those spots can get crowded). Staff were responsive via WhatsApp, making check-in and questions effortless. A great choice if you want an authentic feel of city life with convenient access to major sights.

I loved La Das House. Location is on a locals street in downtown Danang, close to some lovely cafes and both local and more upmarket eateries/restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge and the Cham museum and I walked along the incredibly lovely river walk in the evenings. .. the people are lovely, helpful and kind and the communal area has a pool, bookcase of books, tables and chairs to relax on and a pet tortoise and bunny flopping around. I seriously loved the vibe, went twice and would base myself there if I go back again. Storii Cafe and the up market vegetarian restaurant (AUD15 meals) close by are both worth visiting. 🙏🥰

The whole hotel is a vibe! has a very rustic and cozy vibe to it, and there are also very cute animals in the hotel (dog, bunny & tortoise). the room feels very cozy and spacious too! however, there are abit of dust & mosquitos in the hotel/room :( but we werent too particular about it, overall it was a really good stay at lada’s house!
