It was actually my second time staying at this accommodation both within 2 years and it was better than before! This time I travelled with my grandma and the whole staff and housemaids were so courteous. We asked for extra pillows and chairs and both were happily delivered right away. I especially appreciate the whatsapp contact through which they constantly updated us about our stay and checked in on us regularly. The housemaids cleaned and supplied us with towels EVERYDAY! Lastly I want to highlight the room- or should I say the apartment equipment. There is a drinking water suspender, a washing machine and a fully equip kitchen as well as slippers, shampoo and toothbrushes. Perfect for a family who plans to go to a beach and wash their stuff or cook a meal at home. All in all, you will definitely get your money’s worth and so much more. Plus: the room key is a numeral passcode so you dont have to stress about who has the room key! I will definitely return.

It’s so convenient staying at Livie. Room is spacious and feels like home. The pool is wonderful. The receptionists are just a message away for all your information and support. However, they seem to not always available to help you with heavy luggage 🙂

We are a family of five (4 adults and 1 baby), and we were extremely happy with our stay. In fact, we enjoyed this apartment so much that we would gladly stay here for a full week the next time we visit Da Nang. We’ve stayed in hotels closer to the beach before, but many of them are affected by the loud music from the beachfront clubs that goes on late into the night. Here, you can still hear some traffic, but that’s simply part of Vietnam. Unless you’re staying in a secluded resort or on a street with very little traffic, some level of noise is unavoidable. For us, this apartment struck the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. Here are the reasons why we really loved this 70 m² apartment: 1. Excellent location – The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. 2. local neighborhood – There are plenty of cafés and restaurants (and the local ones) within walking distance. We highly recommend Co Toi Coffee. They even deliver within the An Thuong area, so be sure to check them out! 3. Fully equipped for longer stays – Having a kitchen and a washing machine made our stay much more comfortable. They even provide laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch. 4. Outstanding service – The receptionist was incredibly friendly and professional. They contacted us the day before our arrival, arranged an early check-in as soon as the apartment was available, and were very accommodating throughout our stay. 5. Lovely swimming pool – The pool area is beautiful, and the view from the pool is equally enjoyable. 6. Spacious apartment – We loved the layout of the 70 m² apartment. The only small suggestion would be to have an additional toilet connected to the larger bedroom. However, even with four adults sharing one bathroom, it worked surprisingly well. On the 12th floor there is additional restroom and shower facilities available if needed. Overall, we genuinely loved staying at Livie. It felt much more like a home than a serviced apartment, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Da Nang—hopefully for even longer.

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. Location is very accessible to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach! Front of house staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Rooms are big and the balcony is stunningly spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily. The air conditioning is well maintained hence the rooms are cold and just perfect whenever you come back from a day out! The heater in the shower is also working great. Would suggest though that they put microwaves in the apartments as it will add more convenience to their guests. Overall I would really recommend this property.

We have stayed at Livie for just one week, but we enjoyed it so much that we’ve already decided to extend our stay. The apartments are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive. They’re always on top of everything and make the whole experience seamless. Housekeeping is included, and they do an amazing job, which makes a big difference. One of the highlights is definitely the prime location. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of great cafés, restaurants, and gyms. We’re already planning to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff at hotel in location close to the beach and with lots of local amenities around, but for me room on 3rd floor was very noisy with cars and traffic and also pickle ball place next door with speakerphone making announcements all day which was quite disturbing. Also generator came on twice due to power cut also next to my room, not the hotels fault but it was very noisy and disturbing and I wanted to relax in my room but couldn't. Staff were apologetic and offered me 10% off next trip but not sure I would stay again. Location is easy to walk to everywhere or you can get moped or grab easy too. Hotel is above a bagel shop and the hotel is modern room which includes washing machine which is a bonus, but room is simple and not luxury. The rooftop pool is lovely I will give it credit, the views are stunning. I think maybe there are better places to stay in the area that are down a more quiet street so because I couldn't relax and was so noisy with different things.

Communication was easy, but this is not a hotel. It’s more like a serviced condo or Airbnb. I expected hotel-style amenities such as security to help with luggage, a lobby, a bar, etc., but those were missing. It felt more like a condo/apartment service setup. For the price, it’s not worth it.

This spacious one bedroom apartment with separate sitting room was perfect for our last 3 nights in Vietnam. Walking distance (12 minutes) to great beach and many bars and restaurants. It’s in a really cute expat neighborhood. Loved the washing machine and balcony for hanging clothing to dry. Bed was extremely comfortable and infinity pool on top of building had great views. Good value for amenities, comfort and space.
