  One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It was so convenient — I could easily walk to the night market and even visit Chợ Cồn, and many famous spots around Đà Nẵng were just a short ride away. Getting around was super easy. The front desk team was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. They recommended great local places to eat and fun spots to explore, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their helpfulness and would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel's housekeeping service truly exceeded expectations! The rooms were cleaned, tidied, and smelled fresh every day. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive to small details such as changing towels, refilling drinks, and arranging belongings neatly. Every time I returned to my room, I felt comfortable and at ease, just like being at home. This is definitely one of the biggest plus points that will make me return to the hotel in the future. A 5-star rating is well deserved!

  Over the years, we have stayed at many Novotel properties, but our experience at Novotel Danang Premier Han River clearly stands out. In fact, it is the best Novotel we have stayed in so far. What made the difference was not a single feature, but the consistency of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care we felt throughout the hotel. A special highlight for us was the Premier Lounge. Ms. Rosa, Ms. Kile, Ms. Nami, Ms. Luccie, Ms. Nga, Mr. Tino, and Mr. The welcomed us with kindness and attentiveness that made every visit feel relaxed and personal. Their calm professionalism and friendly presence created an atmosphere we truly enjoyed coming back to. Behind the scenes, we would also like to thank Ms. Dieu and Ms. Tam from the kitchen. Their dedication could be felt in the small details that made the lounge experience run so smoothly, adding quiet comfort to our daily routine. Breakfast each morning was shaped by the warm service of Mr. Trung, Ms. Vy, and Ms. Huong. Their friendliness and attentive manner helped set a pleasant tone for the day and made breakfast feel unhurried and genuinely enjoyable. And to all the other wonderful team members we encountered along the way: even if we cannot list every name, your kindness, your smiles and your constant willingness to help left a deep impression on us. You made the hotel feel alive in the best possible way. To the entire Novotel Danang Premier Han River team, thank you for a stay filled with warmth, care, and outstanding hospitality.   Ms. Hau and her team always provide outstanding service for my apartment. The team is extremely polite, polished, well dressed and very efficient. Ms. Hau always stop by to ensure the services were delivered up to Accor’s standards. My apartment is left flawless every single time her team comes to service my apartment. Additionally, they greet me and often ask me is there anything else desired. Lastly, they never without acknowledging that the job has been complete. I give her 5 Stars ✨ she’s an outstanding manager.

  Location isn't great. Most of the hotel is great value for money. Rooms are good and clean- though the pillows should be changed as this is a very humid part of the country and they absorb humidity and the smell over time. I usually never stay at Novotel because I find them to be overpriced Ibis without any upgrades in service. this one was noticeably different. Staff at the lounge was well-trained. Staff at the main restaurant was a different story though. View from the room on the river was very nice.

  Had a great stay at Novotel Danang Premier Han River. The hotel is decent, very safe, convenient, and exceptionally clean. The AC worked perfectly, hot water supply was consistent, and overall the facilities made our stay very comfortable. ||What I commend the most is the service and hospitality. Ms. Tra from the front office was very professional and accommodating. She made sure all our requests were fulfilled and ensured that our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Her excellent customer service truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

  The highlight of my stay was definitely the spectacular view from the master bedroom of the 2-bedroom apartment. I had a direct view of the Macau vs. Germany fireworks display on June 21, which was absolutely marvelous. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with a washing machine and a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable and met the standards I’d expect from an international 5-star hotel.The property is showing its age, however. While everything is generally well maintained, the furnishings feel dated and somewhat inexpensive. The hallways in the apartment tower are also rather dark and can be difficult to navigate.Service was adequate but unremarkable, nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively.Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic views and practical apartment-style facilities, though the interiors could benefit from a refresh.

  I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was fast and efficient, which made for a great start to the experience. The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay.The hotel facilities were excellent. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I have used, with a good range of equipment. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food to start the day.A special mention goes to Sky36 Bar. Dinner there was definitely worth the value. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the beautiful views made the experience even more memorable.What truly stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever needed.The only setback during my stay was the noise from neighbouring guests, who were unfortunately quite inconsiderate. I reported the issue to the front desk, although I am not sure whether any action was taken. That said, I believe this was more a matter of guest behaviour than a reflection of the hotel itself.
