  Thank you very much for a comfortable stay and a great start to our trip in Da Nang. The team is amazing and takes great care of everything. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with daily cleaning service and free laundry. The bike rental was very useful and made it easy to get close to pretty much everything.

  The room is great! Very comfortable! The service also great. Location is up to you if you want to stay in the city or near the beach. This hotel is in the city, good for a night or two to walk around. I would prefer closer to the beach. But the hotel is great. Thanks

  I had full comfort and convenience at the Oriental Hotel during my stay. The hotel is in the city center, so I can easily access many places: the airport, the Dragon Bridge, mall. There are many coffee shops as well as tasty restaurants along the street. The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool, the service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic and warmly supports me every time I need. Specifically, there is washing machine( wash & dry clothes) on the G floor, which is free and convenient for me. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time when I go back to Danang

  Great place to stay close to the airport, you can do laundry for free they also have a dryer. Amazing staff great hotel very clean and comfortable. Room have netflix and a mini kitchen

  Had a nice stay in penthouse. Clean and big apartment, got laundry for free. Apartment was very quiet considering it is on main road. Everything is very close.

  Really enjoyed my visit here. The place is super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are modern and convenient. I also felt very safe and comfortable during my time here. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone!

  A great hotel full of attentive and amazing staff. The rooms are amazing and feel close to what a 5* hotel can provide. But the most important thing here is how amazing the staff are. Unfortunately due to suffering for a bout of food poisoning I was left stuck in my room. But the staff offered to help me get medicine and order food for me. Not only that, they keep up with frequent contact in order to make sure that I was okay. The location is also very good as it is fairly central to the city. It is near the airport and you can take a Grab anywhere and it won't take longer than 15 minutes.

  I don’t recommend this place at all, here’s why. 1. Soundproofing terrible. Can hear neighbours TV until 3 am. 2. Gloomy brown interior is lower standards than you expect for a “Deluxe Studio”. 3. Much too expensive compared to other similar hotels nearby, about 300K too high. On the plus side, staff is Excellent, and even helped with my laundry. They anxiously ask me “Is everything OK with the room?” So I’m guessing they fear it’s NOT ok. At this high price it seems to me a deceptively-marketed scam.
