  Great location. Service was friendly and I liked that we were provided with refillable glass bottles for our water rather than plastic bottles everyday. The indoor swimming pool was great on the hot days and usually we had it to ourselves. The bath was luxurious - a real treat. I marked the room down a little as there were signs of mould in the bathroom, especially on the timber door and the taps would leak down the side of the wall flooding the floor, so we learnt not to leave anything on the floor in the bathroom. Also there were a few occasions where the nearby bar had live bands (you could always tell when people were getting drunk, their voices got louder). However, the noise was always over by 10:30pm.

  For the price, the size of the room, the location, and the friendliness of staff, this is the best place to stay in An Thuong. You can stay long term without committing to a 3-month contract. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, and next to plenty of bars and restaurants without being noisy. Cleaning is available every day at no extra charge. My room had a bed the size of a small swimming pool - the biggest I've ever seen! Certain rooms have a full wall of windows, which is rare for the area. And the staff is very helpful and responsive to anything you need. It's not a fancy 5-star hotel, but it suits my needs perfectly for a long stay 😄

  Stayed for one week. They never disappoint me. Almost everyday they clean my room. Nice feeling going back from the coffee shop and my bed is neatly folded. Drinking water available. What shocked me was I thought the toothpaste and toothbrush were free. Lol had to pay during checkout. They only remind that the mini bar(snacks&noodles) is not free. Anyways, good place to stay. Big room, nice bathroom, nice glass window, natural light. Good location, near cafes and restos. Near the beach too. The price was hella good. Super cheap!

  Very, very good inexpensive hotel. Front desk staff, very polite and helpful. Rooms very clean and well kept. Comfy beds. Short walk to the beach. Has it's own indoor pool.

  Building is new and room are clean and neat, but a huge problem for me is that the building doesn't have isolation from noise, so the building feels empty and hollow like a drum , any noise in any floor or hallway or next room , you'll hear it loudly, you hear everything in room next door, coz rooms are connected by doors not isolated walls, the photo I attached is a door with a mirror connecting to another room

  RAON hotel has great location, right in the middle of everything. There are many restaurants and services around it. It’s also near beach (maybe 5 mins). The staff was wonderful and really helpful as well as the room service. However, I was really disappointed by the rooms. All the furtniture was very worn out. The seal around the sink was moldy. I think the ceiling in the bathroom was also moldy. The walls were dirty. The advertised balcony was just rail outside the window. I could also hear everything in the hallway. The area was also quite noisy due to ongoing construction.

  Unbelievable service from all the staff who can not do enough for the guests. Thu Suong actually went to the market and bought bananas for me. She also delivered a bag that the taxi left on the sidewalk, right to my new hotel. Minh Hein was awesome and went to the Con Market in the taxi with me to find a new suitcase and found an ATM for me. He spent at least 2hours helping me out and looked after everything I needed for my room. 5 star service from all. I stayed in the studio for a week and it had a good kitchenette and comfortable bed. Free water and coffee or tea. Cleaning was very good. The bathroom was the only negative because the shower flooded the floor and the air conditioner leaked water into the bathroom too. Not enough restaurants within a block or two but south of the hotel there are many in just a 5 or 7 minute walk. Mini mart across the street. They take credit cards.
