  We had a very good stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel and what stood out most was the thoughtful service from the staff throughout the stay. One small example: the coffee from the self-serve machine at breakfast was a bit watery, and when we mentioned it casually, they immediately offered to prepare proper coffee from the barista instead. Small detail, but it showed genuine attention to guests rather than just following standard procedures. The breakfast on the 2nd floor lounge was also much better for us than the main one on the 3rd floor. It was quieter, calmer, and far more enjoyable in the morning. The hotel also provides free beach towels and bicycles, and were well maintained and actually pleasant to use. We stayed in a sea view suite which was very spacious and had a beautiful direct view over the beach. The Grand Tourane obstructs the view a bit but not a big deal. One tip: ask for a higher floor if possible. There is a pickleball court below and the noise can be noticeable around the mid-level floors. On the positive side, the room insulation was surprisingly good, which is quite rare in Vietnam hotels. Overall, a very comfortable stay with attentive service and good facilities. Would definitely recommend staying here.

  If you’re visiting Da Nang, I highly recommend Sala Danang Beach Hotel—it’s in a great location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, shopping, and popular attraction. You definitely have to check out the their roof top pool with such a relaxing atmosphere and with great views of the city. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff at the hotel who were very friendly, attentive amd always with a smile, including the excellent housekeeping team that kept our room spotless and wellstocked everyday with bottled water, tea and coffee. A special shout out to Dung ( who worked at the coffe shop in the lobby) and My (front desk manager), who were always friendly, approachable and always willing to help with any questions.

  ​I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel! ​Everything was perfect. All of the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, and the daily-changing breakfast buffet was truly delicious. On top of that, the complimentary minibar and the free airport pick-up and drop-off services were fantastic perks. ​After checking out, I planned to visit the Marble Mountains and then head to Hoi An. A wonderful female receptionist went above and beyond to help me book a taxi, making the whole trip seamless. The front desk staff also kindly helped me exchange large bills into smaller denominations when I needed them. ​The hotel staff handled every little unexpected situation during my trip with grace and kindness. I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding service!

  We had an amazing stay from start to finish. We felt super welcomed as soon as we entered this hotel as we were served with some cold tea whilst we were checking in. Firstly we got a free upgrade to a city view hotel room which was perfect since we initially booked a no view room so it was nice to be able to have some natural light throughout the day. I would definitely recommend the sushi restaurant upstairs. The prices were very reasonable considering this is a hotel restaurant as well as the quality of the raw fish and overall food was amazing. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes, eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Lastly the hotel staff always made an effort to chat to you and check up on how your stay has been which was very comforting and sweet. The free airport transfer was also super handy. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to go Da Nang :)

  The beach and city view from our room on the 18th floor was spectacular. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The staff were accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We got a free airport transfer from the airport on arrival and departure. The pool was out of this world. Staff always managed to get us a deck chair and the cocktails were very reasonably priced. The premium buffet breakfast offered lots of variety and was delicious. The location of the hotel was fantastic, it was central to shops, restaurants/cafes, massages, ATM and beach. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The staff decorated our room with flowers, fruit basket, cake and a very sweet welcome card.

  The staff and service here are incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming! We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with a great variety of options in a clean, comfortable environment. The rooftop is absolutely top-notch—since it’s one of the tallest buildings in the area, the views are stunning. We were even able to watch the fireworks right from our room! Highly recommend.

  I had a really great stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel. It’s important to have realistic expectations — this is a very good 4-star hotel, not a luxury 5-star resort, but the price reflects that perfectly and offers excellent value for money.The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast. There was a huge variety of food, and the quality was surprisingly good. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in this price range.We had a room with a partial sea view, and you could actually see the ocean very well, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The location is also excellent. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. Everything you need is nearby. And if you ever need something more specific, it’s very easy to order through Grab from supermarkets and shops in the neighborhood.The gym was also impressive. The equipment was not the newest or most modern, but there were many machines and a good selection of dumbbells, which made it easy to have a proper workout.The rooftop pool was beautiful with an amazing view. It could get a little noisy at times because children were playing there, but overall it was still a great place to relax.The room itself was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and large, and the bathroom was modern and spotless.Overall, for a 4-star hotel experience, this place was excellent and I would happily stay here again.

  The location was perfect, across from the ocean. My room was ocean view, very clean, low noise level. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were stunning. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and always pleasant. The hotel lobby and outdoor space was nice and I like that they serve tea even if you are just relaxing in the lobby or outside. I will definitely stay again because of location, convenience and walking distance to stores, spas, and directly across from the ocean.
