  All the staff are very professional and friendly. Upon arriving at the hotel, they came out and helped us with our luggage. For the price, the room was spacious and had everything we needed: a comfy bed, ceiling AC, a table, TV, balcony, laundry rack, kitchen, and most importantly for a traveler, a washing machine. Every morning, we were offered a variety of breakfast options; we could choose a main dish, a drink, and a dessert. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach. Housekeeping was also efficient, cleaning and refreshing the room even when we were out for just a short period. As for the noise level, it's generally quiet, except for the occasional noise from other guests or housekeeping slamming doors or dragging furniture. This isn't the hotel's fault, though, and is something you might experience anywhere. We definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Da Nang.

  We stayed at The Dream Suite for almost 3 weeks and were very happy with our experience. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They genuinely tried to help with anything we needed and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent — close to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and everything you could need day to day. It made exploring the area extremely convenient. One thing travelers should understand when visiting Vietnam is that city life can naturally be lively and noisy at times, with scooters, traffic, and even locals singing karaoke. That’s simply part of the culture and atmosphere here, especially in central locations. It wasn’t something that took away from our trip at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. Thank you to all the staff at The Dream Suite for making our time in Vietnam such a pleasant experience!

  Incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we experienced absolute "white glove" service. The entire team here is amazing, but a special shoutout goes to Noah, who completely went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Da Nang is beautiful, and this hotel made our trip even more special. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend.

  In April, we stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended some interesting places to visit in the city and nearby, and were very patient with my bad English haha. They also lent us a scale to weigh our luggage. Every time housekeeping came in, the cleaning was excellent — towels were changed, the trash was taken out, complimentary water was replenished, and they even left nice little notes. The furniture in the room was in excellent condition, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The room was equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. The only downside was a small window, but we were aware of that in advance. The bed was wide and comfortable, with plenty of pillows, and there was a lot of shelf space in the room. The rooftop had a pool, a restroom, and a small gym. We used the pool once — it wasn’t crowded at all, just one other couple. It would be great to have a yoga mat in the gym. Special thanks to Ha and Ethan, as we dealt with them most of the time. They were lovely people. I wanted to book a massage, but it required making a phone call, and I didn’t have a local number. I asked the staff for help, and Ethan kindly called the salon for me and helped arrange everything, including confirming all the details.

  We stayed at this hotel with our daughter, who is not yet two years old. I mention her age specifically so that families with toddlers can be 100% confident that this hotel will offer them the most comfortable stay possible. Our room was perfectly clean, with no unpleasant smells, a large bed with snow-white bed linen, and a soft, comfortable mattress. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary high-quality appliances. It is located in a very quiet area close to the sea. The hotel offers wonderful breakfasts — absolutely delicious. Moreover, this was the only hotel that prepared takeaway breakfasts for us. This was very important, as with a small child it is not always possible to go down to the first floor for breakfast. We also ordered lunches from the hotel, and the staff were so attentive that they took into account all of our requests — for example, packing spicy sauce separately or cooking the egg fully. Every time, each order was perfectly packed, and all our requests were carefully followed. The restaurant prices were very reasonable, and both the presentation and the taste of the dishes were outstanding. Throughout our entire stay, the staff were always very helpful, attentive, and kind ❤️ We left with an amazing impression, and if we ever visit Da Nang again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

  Breakfast is good and furniture/towels are nice. Staff is attentive. WiFi is good. I had Studio King and it didn't match the pictures on site, it certainly didn't have 34sqm - more like 20sqm. Window looked right at the wall of another building with a huge old ventilation motor running 24/7 so I couldn't open the window and had 0 view. Location is close to the beach and services but there's so much pushy massage / services vendors around it's a bit uncomfortable. Path to the beach goes through a bit of a run down area with broken sidewalk. Hot water runs out after 3 minutes. Gym is comically small. Pool is fine. Doors close loudly so you will probably hear your rowdy neighbors getting in and out at 3am. Emergency evacuation staircase is filled with stuff. Overall it's a normal place but it's just the worst view/window situation I've ever experienced in my life.

  Absolutely loved staying at The Dream Suite. The room was spotless from the moment we arrived, and you could tell the staff really pay attention to cleanliness and detail. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt modern, relaxing, and well maintained.The location was also excellent and made it very easy to get around and explore nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions without needing long travel times. It felt convenient but still peaceful at the same time.The service was one of the best parts of the stay. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. Check-in and communication throughout the stay were smooth and professional.The amenities exceeded expectations as well. Everything we needed was available, and the suite felt much more premium than expected for the price. Great value for money overall.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

  We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable.The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was initially a bit skeptical, but one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the washing machine — and it turned out to be such a great decision!The location is also very convenient, surrounded by plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach, which was perfect.The room was clean, and the beds (we had two single beds) were very comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. The water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.Overall, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!
