  Great sized rooms, some with kitchenettes. The beds are king size and comfy. The river view is very relaxing! The rooftop pool and bar was great! The staff throughout the hotel are all so nice and accommodating! The breakfast buffet is included and has something yummy for everyone! As someone who has celiac disease, I ate there with no problems at all! The location is so convenient. Stores, massage places, nail places, restaurants... it's all here! Getting a ride via the Grab app is more than easy. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!

  Excellent place to watch the Firework competition in style! Good value for 2-hour buffet and freeflow drinks (wine, beer incld.) plus a 360-degree, outdoor view from level 25. The shades of firework on the river at night add a touch of magic. Shout out to Hyori (Ms. Tâm) who helped our family of 6 to book a VIP table, despite having to re-arrange their table settings. The waiting staff are also super nice and attentive throughout the evening. (Notes: we only came to watch the fireworks in June 2026, so I can't comment on the rooms and other facilities of the hotel).

  Our stay at Wink Riverside Hotel was absolutely fantastic! We had the most breathtaking room view we've ever experienced—overlooking the beautiful river, the iconic Dragon Bridge, and watching the illuminated cruises glide by in the evening made every moment feel special. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was how incredibly smooth the check-in and check-out process was. It was fast, seamless, and truly reflected the hotel's excellent service and attention to guest experience. If you're visiting Da Nang, I highly recommend staying here for the stunning views, prime location, and outstanding hospitality.

  Such a great stay thanks to Kelly and the staff of the Wink hotel, special thanks to Kelly for giving us a stunning river view, which made our trip so much better. Breakfast is top tier here, including pan asian and european cousine, and so so tasty. The location is perfect, pretty close to all highlights of the city, not a long cheap ride on a bike from beach. In general very good hotel for comfortable staying, and people are just great❤️

  Excellent value. Single traveller stayed for a week. Rooms are small but well fit out with good electrical plugs, USB outlets, storage shelves. Everything worked and was clean. Fantastic views of the river, sunsets and dragon bridge. Rooftop pool area is nice. The only recommendation would be that pool towels be put out earlier in the morning and checked throughout the day. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and staff were continuously replenishing the food and clearing plates from tables. Check in staff were very friendly and efficient. They gave me an upgraded room at check in and a later check out time. Gym is one of the better ones I have seen in Vietnam. Large with good variety of equipment and free weights. Very impressed and will definitely be back. PS Lots of great local street food vendors a few blocks away.

  I had an excellent stay at Wink Riverside Hotel in Da Nang. The location is fantastic—right by the river with beautiful views, especially at night when the city lights reflect off the water. It’s also close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and key attractions, making it very convenient to explore the area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated the smart use of space in the rooms—they’re compact but comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the shower had great pressure, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed but professional. I also loved the social vibe of the hotel—there are great common areas where you can relax, work, or meet other travelers. It feels perfect for both solo travelers and couples. Overall, Wink Riverside Hotel offers great value for money with its stylish design, prime location, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

  The room eventhough is small is very clean and no musty smell. Fridge works well too. Free detox water available at check in level 5 at all times. Strategically located near a halal restaurant yalla and opposite the river. Not far from airport. Son tra night market is also walkable. So is the Dragon bridge to see fire show. There are 2 highland coffee situated nearby left and right of hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Lift was fast. Toilet has bidet. View from 25th floor is amazing

  I chose Wink Hotel specifically because of its 24-hour stay concept. When we arrived at 7:00 AM, the front desk informed us that no rooms were available and that the earliest possible check-in would be at 12:00 PM. I left my luggage and phone number, expecting to be contacted as soon as a room became available.||Unfortunately, no one contacted us.||When we returned to the front desk at 2:00 PM — already past the standard check-in time — we were still told that no room was available. We then sat and waited in the lobby. During that time, many guests who arrived after us were checked in and given rooms before us. Eventually, we were the only guests left waiting at the front desk.||Only after I raised a complaint did the staff start taking action, and it took another 15 minutes before we were finally given a room at around 2:30 PM.||Although we were offered complimentary drinks and an upgraded triple room, that does not change the fact that the hotel's main selling point is its 24-hour stay concept. Had I known I would not be able to access a room until 2:30 PM, I would have chosen another hotel at the same price point.||What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the staff. Throughout the process, they appeared unfriendly, indifferent, and unwilling to provide clear updates. Instead of making guests feel welcomed, we felt as though we were bothering them simply by asking about our room status.||As a Vietnamese guest, I also could not help but notice a difference in the way local and foreign guests were treated. During my stay, staff seemed far more proactive in approaching, assisting, and engaging with foreign visitors, while Vietnamese guests received noticeably less attention. Hospitality should be about treating every guest equally, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, that was not the impression I received.||Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations. A unique concept means little if it is not delivered in practice, and guest concerns should be handled with far more professionalism, fairness, and genuine hospitality.
