  I joined a group tour and paid separately for a Vietnamese hair wash. The price was expensive, the experience was extremely poor! The staff member was clearly a beginner—very slow and unprofessional. The massage was weak, so I asked her to apply more pressure. She did, but she was massaging completely wrong. She then rushed through the head and neck portions carelessly. Unable to tolerate it any longer, I requested a different staff member midway through, which was much better. However, I wasted ten minutes waiting for the switch, and including the earlier time lost, over half an hour was wasted with no compensation provided. The quality control is extremely poor. Didn’t the shop test her skills beforehand? If they did and this was the acceptable standard, I believe this establishment is simply a scam.

  Worst massage experience ever. The massage therapists spent a significant portion of the session on their phones, scrolling and chatting, while using only one hand during the massage. They were frequently leaving the room, speaking disrespectfully, and showed a clear lack of knowledge of proper massage techniques. The same repetitive movements were used on the entire body, with no attention to specific areas. My husband and I ended the session feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed. The massage was not gentle, not professional, and not worth the time or money.
