Soooo good!!!! Me and 2 friend went, we had the 60 minute back +neck +shoulders package, our massage therapists were Thu, Trang and Hanh. They were so amazing, very professional, knew just the right spots to work on. We all left looser and more in place than we had ever been in our lives. Hanh at the front desk is also super sweet and professional. They ask you to pay in advance and there is a 7% tax but they don't ask for tips and they accept credit cards. They also serve you tea before the massage and then a little dessert afterwards, we got the mango yogurt. Oh, and we also got upgraded to a 90 minute massage. Highly recommend!!!

My group were walk ins after a long time traveling and we were expecting a long wait but we were seen right away. They are so professional and sweet. It was an easy process and they treat you so special. This was the best massage of my life, I have been to so many places over the years and none have ever gotten my shoulders feeling as loose or gotten my knees back in place. 100,000% will come back and would recommend. We had Hạnh at front desk help us, and then our massage therapists her Thu, Trang and Hạnh. All of them were wonderful

One of the best wash & dry hair experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. A big reason is the therapist’s attentive approach — no rush at all, and the massage is done with real care. They give a choice of shampoo. I’ve been to many spas and hair salons, but here everything feels truly pleasant: the service, the space, the atmosphere, and even the small compliments after the treatment. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price.

If I could give Babylon Spa 100 stars, I would! My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage, facial, and shampoo wash, and it was hands down the best spa experience we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the staff made us feel completely relaxed and pampered. The massage was incredibly skilled, relieving tension while still being relaxing. The facial left our skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. The shampoo wash was pure luxury and one of the most relaxing parts of the entire experience. The facilities are spotless, beautiful, and professionally run. The staff are attentive, kind, and genuinely focused on providing a top-quality experience. If you’re visiting Da Nang and looking for a spa that delivers outstanding service and value, Babylon Spa is an absolute must. We have had spa treatments all over the world, and this was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

The Aroma massage was especially nice, super relaxing after a long day, and the hot oil massage here is absolutely amazing — it feels so soothing and really helps release all the tension. I’ll definitely come back next time!

Took 90 minute signature full-body massage. The service is of quite a good level. The staff was doing their best to make me feel comfortable. The name of the therapist was something like Tae. The skill was quite good. I’m professional thai masseur in the past. Also I was given some tasty snacks in the end. Got the good time. Many thanks. They really do their best and it’s felt.

I visited on 30 May 2026 for a 90-minute Aroma + Hot Stone Massage, which was priced at 670,000 VND. Following my feedback to the front desk after the session, the spa kindly offered a 300,000 VND refund, which I appreciated. Before the massage began, I specifically requested that the therapist focus on my back and the soles of my feet, as those were the areas where I was experiencing the most fatigue and soreness. Unfortunately, neither area received the attention I had expected. The back massage felt more like continuous rubbing rather than targeted muscle work. As for the sole massage, the technique itself was acceptable, but it only lasted around 10 minutes or less throughout the entire 90-minute session. Overall, I felt that approximately 80% of the treatment consisted of rubbing motions rather than massage techniques designed to relieve muscle tension, fatigue, or soreness. The hot stone portion was particularly disappointing. Instead of incorporating meaningful hot stone massage techniques, it felt as though the therapist was simply rubbing the stones over the body without applying much therapeutic value. Having now experienced four massages during my Da Nang trip (two at larger, more established spas and two at smaller local shops), I can honestly say that this was my least satisfactory experience. Ironically, the smaller local shops provided more effective, targeted massages at significantly lower prices. Perhaps I was simply unlucky and happened to be assigned a therapist whose technique did not suit my needs. However, based solely on the service I received, I do not feel the treatment was worth the original price charged. One observation I have is that service quality appears to vary significantly between therapists. Some of my friends had very positive experiences and highly praised their massages, while others were similarly disappointed. This suggests that more consistent therapist training and quality control may be needed to ensure customers receive a comparable standard of service regardless of which therapist they are assigned. This review reflects only my personal experience, but I hope it helps future customers make a more informed decision.

Did not like the massage at all. I asked for strong pressure in the form, but the masseur was barely putting on any pressure or massaging properly on any of the points. Despite I asked for stronger pressure during the massage 2-3 times, it was still minimal effort and often I caught her looking around the room while massaging. The room looked nice but was way too bright, and the oils barely had any essential oil in them. It was not the same sample at the front reception desk. The overall experience was poor, I would not recommend this place at all. Shame it was a poor choice!
