  I had a fantastic experience at Elsa Spa. The massage was truly relaxing and one of the best I’ve had during my trip. The staff were friendly and professional, and the spa itself was clean and beautifully maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations. If I ever visit Da Nang again, I will definitely come back for a second visit. Highly recommended

  The place is clean, prices are 👍, doesn't include tipping which is fuss-free for me. Did foot massage for 1hr, I really enjoyed it and will come back for another.

  I cannot believe this place is rated 5-stars. Counter staff was very kind and hospitable. But massage experience was not very pleasant. I had 30mins shampoo + 30mins foot massage for VND340,000. Was supposed to start at 7.55pm. Lady turned on and off light, left the room and came back 10mins later. Started shampoo at 8pm only. Her pressure was good when massaging head but when shampooing my hair, she kept using her nails to scrub my scalp. I have sensitive scalp and when washing off the shampoo, it was painful. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t know how to tell her not to use their nails. So I don’t blame her because I didn’t communicate. But anyone who does hair properly would know that you shouldn’t use nails to scrub scalp. After 20mins, she completed and asked me to sit down to blow dry my hair. My hair was still wet and tangled up, and she put so much oil to tame my hair instead of properly drying it. I took the shampoo service because my hair was all oily after walking under the sun. Instead of feeling refreshed, my hair felt so yucks because of all the oil! And she didn’t even dry my hair at all. And when it came to foot massage, by the time foot massage started, it was 8.30pm already. So u expected foot massage ends 9pm. But NO, the lady massage my leg and put SO MUCH oil to glide on my lower leg only. But never really massage my feet. I pointed to my feet then she started to massage. She completed the massage at 8.45pm and I asked if it’s completed. They said I had another 5mins head and shoulder massage. I never asked for head and shoulder massage. I clearly paid 30mins foot massage. In the end, my hair was left FULLY OILY AND STILL WET, and did not event have proper foot massage. Yes the cost is affordable but please do proper service and don’t cheat your customer’s time. I am back in my hotel now and I had to shower my hair again to get rid of all the oil and my foot feels like it was not even massaged. It’s like I wasted my money here FOR NOTHING. I could have gone another place for proper service. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS 5 STARS WHEN I SEE SAME REVIEWS SHARING SAME BAD EXPERIENCE AS ME. 🤔

  At first, I was told that a technician would be available in 10 minutes. However, after waiting 20 minutes, there was still no technician. If I had been informed earlier that no technician was available, I would have gone somewhere else. Because I was short on time, I decided not to wait any longer. What was even more frustrating was seeing customers who arrived after me being assigned a technician immediately without having to wait. I feel very disappointed and helpless about this kind of service attitude.

  If zero stars were possible, this place would deserve it. This was by far the worst massage experience of my life. I travel frequently and have had massages all over the world, so I know what a professional treatment should feel like and this was the complete opposite. The therapist was extremely unprofessional. She was wearing a ring during the massage, which caused discomfort and scratching on my skin. Her technique was very fast, rough, and careless, making the experience painful rather than relaxing. I repeatedly asked her to slow down and use more oil, but she did not properly respond to my requests. Even after her colleague translated, she continued the same harsh movements, creating friction that felt like burning on my skin. I had to stop the session multiple times because it was simply unbearable. There was no sense of care, skill, or professionalism. Although the reception staff was friendly and they served mango and tea at the end, this does not make up for the terrible core service. A massage should be about relaxation and well-being not discomfort and frustration. I strongly do not recommend this place. Please be cautious !!

  I this its a fake rate, because this message salon haven't client service, very bad massage, very dirty salon, small and stuffy, and they even tried to trick us into paying more for services we didn’t receive. Very strange that this place has such a high rating — there are places in Da Nang that are a thousand times better.
