  experienced basic hair wash and facial care, the service was fantastic. Privacy can be improved though as there are seems only one big common room

  Good place with reasonable prices. I wish the stuff could speak and understand little bit of English. The place is nice and clear. I enjoyed my hair spa.

  The WORST spa I ever been in my life!! We were given different package with the one we ordered and yet they said the one they served was cheaper than the one we ordered and adamantly said that she informed us beforehand. Not even a single apology given. The service itself also was terrible, my body aches even worse than before I came. More of rubbing in motion, scratches.... , My scalp feel prickly pain after, and the muscle even more tensed. AVOID ALL ALL COST!!! there are plenty of spa with better service and integrity!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! And total waste of time!

  I’ve had a frustrating experience with this business. Their hours are listed as 9 AM to 9 PM, but when I arrived twice—once at 7 PM and again at 6:30 PM—both times I was told they were already closing. It’s really disappointing when a place doesn’t stick to its advertised hours, and it makes planning my visits difficult. I hope they can improve their consistency and communication in the future.

  Went there at 230pm and the boss told us they are fully book. So we enquired on other timings. She told me and my girlfriend there are slots available at 4.30pm. Which works out for us so we reserved a 2hr session of "Combo 2 - refresh". We return at 430 promptly and was served by 2 of their masseurs. They started by giving us a rather lengthy foot bath which was puzzling to me but I didn't think too much of it at that time. (Turns out it is supposed to be to soften the foot soles so that they can file away the dry skin). Anyway.. after the foot bathe, we are lead to the second floor to continue the session. We had some sort of foot treatment and hand and shoulder rub (somewhat) followed by some sort of hair treatment. Frankly as a guy, this is not something I am expecting and I just push my doubts away thinking I must have misunderstood what is transpassing. Strangely, after the hair "treatment" me and my girlfriend are informed that our session is over!? We are brought to another room where they dry our hair before being brought out. At the waiting area, I couldn't help but feel something is not in order, the session does not resemble what we ordered. So we ask. What session did we just went through? The service people reply it is "COMBO 3 "LUSH"" which is not what I ordered!? I told them that is not what I ordered, how can this went though??? They couldn't communicate well in English and the boss (or manager) who took our reservation has already went home. I demand to see the manager(boss) and have her explain the discrepancy. The manager reached the spa pretty quickly and after telling her what went though, she say SHE IS SURE WE ORDERED COMBO 3. Both me and my girlfriend denied this because obviously we remember it is COMBO 2 that we ordered because it is 2hrs and combo 3 is 1hr 50mins. But still, the manager insist it is us who had mistaken. She say no matter because combo 3 is CHEAPER. That is PURELY ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. I am so sicken with the lack of professionalism and service standard I simply slam the payment (more than the amount) and left the "spa". And ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Not only did we have to go though that we did not asked for, they seems to imply that it is us that are at fault! DISGUSTING!
