  I had the Healthy Massage for 90 mins. It was one of the best massages I had. The massage therapist was very professional and made sure I was feeling ok. They put warm compress on my eyes, stomach, and feet which felt sooo good. They also listened to my requests because I had sunburn. Lastly, they also gave me free tea and yogurt afterwards. Would go back next time I'm in Da Nang.

  Amazing service, care and attention to detail, at a reasonable price! We had thr Healthy Massage package for 90 mins, and came out with reborn bodies! We have had many massages in Vietnam over the years, and this is amongst the top on our list. The strength of massage and focus areas were asked in advance, then the speed and temperature of the hot stones were also spot on. Highly recommended whenever you're in Danang! :)

  Lovely experience. VIP kind of service. They sent a van to pick us up at our hotel. Welcomed us with black bean tea and we had our 90-min healthy massage. Fave during massage were the hot stone and heat packs on the belly, eye and neck. Great experience! I’d bring my parents here when I get the change to bring them here for vacation.

  I finally found my place for a foot massage. Its the first in Vietnam doing it the right way. With pressure and precision! 10/10 to that guy! Duy 25 was my Masseuse and Tuyen was a wonderful woman giving me the right treatment options.

  Brilliant spa experience, they accommodated 3 of us and did foot massage and organic shampoo! What a calming experience! Must try if you in Da Nang! They are open till the early hours so great before a long haul!

  So so at best. My masseuse started super strong (for aromatherapy massage) like she wanted to put one of her knuckles through the sole of my foot. She adjusted after a quick discussion, though, which I appreciated. The rest of the massage was not relaxing, more someone new to the profession trying to do what they were taught - by no means an expert. It was fine until she did the thing where the masseuse pulls your toes or your fingers - and both times I thought she was going to pull a digit off! She tried, and was nice so three stars, but I wouldnt go back. Two other not amazing things - they try a hard upsell when you’re choosing a massage - first encouraging 4 hand massage and then, if you choose a 60 minute massage, pushing for 90. Not the absolute end of the world, but not of this made the massage relaxing. That said the front desk staff were extremely sweet and likable.

  Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff had very limited English and struggled to understand even basic instructions, which made communication frustrating throughout the visit. I booked a body massage and a head massage expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it was far from it. The service felt rushed, and there was little attention to customer comfort or satisfaction. The biggest issue came after the massage when they blow-dried my hair. Instead of handling it with care, they left my hair completely tangled and knotted, causing unnecessary discomfort and forcing me to spend a long time fixing it afterward. Another major concern was the excessive heat used during the treatment. The heat was not properly controlled, and my scalp became painful from the high temperature. It wasn’t limited to my scalp either—they also applied heat to my face and shoulders, which was uncomfortable and concerning. For a place that offers spa and wellness services, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and basic customer care, but none of these expectations were met. A spa visit should leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed, not frustrated, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not about saving money—it’s about avoiding poor service and an unpleasant experience. There are many better options available. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and choose another spa.

  I’m from Germany, went to many places in Danang and mostly I was fine. This place was horrible - from the moment I entered the Spa, there was no welcoming, no one cared. Many random people walked in and out and talked super loud at the lobby, I was not get paid attention for 5min. Then, they asked me to sit down - no tea or warm welcome just “what massage do you want”. I was already annoyed but gave it a shot since so many reviews were positive. I took 90min massage aroma. I asked the front desk why it’s so loud, because even the people behind the front desk were shouting to another stuff at the entrance about things. I asked if it shouldn’t be relaxing and at least the staff should try to be quiet. She just smiled and continued with my booking. The massage itself was ok, nothing special. However, the therapist had middle long nails so it scratched me a lot. Also she seemed to have a flu as she was sniffling with her nose all the time. Afterwards she asked me for a tip which I gave her unwillingly. I left the spa without any beverage, tea or snack. The service was very disappointing and many “guests” came in and out like it was a Basar. Paid in the end with tip 700.000 dong - safe your money and go somewhere else where people get greeted, service is welcoming and ambience is quite and chill.
