  My tour guide was Hoai for the entire trip to Ba Na Hills. Hoai is very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. As I’m the only one with the express ticket in my tour group, means most of the program will not be together with them. However, Hoai will always check in on me, asking whether i need help or assistance and also giving me detailed route information so that i do not get lost. Hoai and his driver send us back to the hotel making sure we are back safe and sound. He also make the post-trip engaging by having a mini quiz with small prizes to be won. Thank you Hoai and your team👍🏽

  Amazing tour, we were able to see everything we wanted. Our guide Paul is the best one, super clear and funny. You get a lot of free time to explore the park in your own which is amazing and if you need any help you have Paul around to answer all your questions. We had such an amazing day and I would recommend this tour to anyone

  We had a great experience with our tour guide Mr. Paul at Linh Ung pagoda(Son tra), Marble Mountains (Ngũ Hành Sơn) ,Hoi An Golden bridge & Ba Na Hills. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip very enjoyable. The places were beautiful, well organized, and worth visiting. The Indian cuisine and Four seasons cuisine at Ba Na Hills was very good and delicious. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this tour guide to anyone visiting Da Nang.

  Mr. Paul is such a great man I should recommend to everyone who is looking for a tour guide in DHA NANG CITY. Polite as well as responsive person. He makes sure to give every detailed information about anything we ask. He makes sure to satisfied our trip as well as meal options we choose accordingly. Such a polite gentleman.   Phao is a wonderful tour guide. He’s very caring, smart, clear and pleasant to work with. We enjoyed the Bana Hill tour so much! Thank you, Phao! We definitely will use this company again and recommend friends family.

  Nice tour, Duang and Tham the driver were very nice and did a good job. Lunch was in a lovely place, no European food but husband enjoyed the Vietnamese choices. Overall if interested in Vietnam Royal history you will enjoy. My only problem was being outside the pick up zone and getting a grab for the 2 kilometer out of pick up zone. Be very clear about pickup place.

Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she made our Ba Na Hills trip fun, smooth, and unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!

  It was a fantastic day out at Bana hills . The place is heavenly and our tour guide Phao Nguyen ensured we had a smooth sight seeing and arranged everything from bus, tickets , food and even advised about dos and donts. Overall a 5 star experience.
