  Ich habe gerade eine 3-tägige, 2-nächtige Reise nach Ha Giang beendet. Diese Tour war wirklich in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut. Die Einstellung des Fahrers und des Reiseleiters war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen wurde für uns bestens organisiert und war sehr lecker. Wir konnten alle besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ha Giang besuchen. Es war zwar ein bisschen eilig, aber das war kein Problem☺️. Wir sind mit dieser Reise sehr zufrieden. -shelly

  Went for bana hills tour. On website and Facebook it said 1090000vnd for foreigners with all inclusive fees and lunch. When in office, we were told the price is for non Danang residents, website English translation is wrong. We need to add 200000 more for two tickets. Was told that we will have a English speaking guide. Ok, we gave in after agent said many times we need English guide and need to pay more than website So the next day, guide connected with us on where to meet. Whole bus was locals and only two of us English speaking tourists. One guide spoke both Vietnamese and English. Told us when we arrived at venue, to wait while she collect tickets. Gave us tickets and told us to follow until arrive at cable car. Told us to get in and go first while she took care of the locals. Told us there are two areas to visit when in bana hills. It is our free time to do what we want. We asked a few questions on where to eat and where to meet before returning and guide was quick to response. I give the guide responsiveness 5stars. She was very nice and spoke understandable English. What we were missed informed was that the guide will be with us to explain each attractions but was told it's your free time for us to be on our own. Don't get me wrong, the guide was very good. But I think to charge foreign tourists more for just a guide telling us where to go and when to meet up is not proper when it is the same guide. The company basically took advantage of foreign tourists. To be charged 25000 vnd is more acceptable but not 100000 more each for such simple guide instruction. Vietnam tour administration, please treat your foreign tourists better if the intent is to gain more tourists because Vietnam is a beautiful country and bana hills was wonderful. The people of Danang Vietnam is also very nice. This tour agency or agencies need to treat foreign tourists more fairly. This two stars rating is for the tour agency for charging so much more extra of foreigners for limited value. Bana hills get 5 stars. The nice guide get 5 stars. #vietnamtourismboard @vietnamtourismboard

  If I can give the place 0 star, I would, due to the lack of professionalism and respect from the customer service team. No tour was conducted. I was calling the 24/7 hotline to ask about a tour they was advertised on their website, and was responded with ‘We are no longer doing that tour’ and a hang up immediately. First, if you are no longer doing the tour, please update your website properly to avoid confusion for viewers. And secondly, why on earth would you hang up immediately on your customers? What if I want to learn about another tour instead? You literally got the opportunity to talk with a real human/a customer and you decided to hang up instead of selling them another tour? They don’t even ask me if I have any other question or say goodbye to me and just hang up, very rude and unprofessional behavior. I would never reconsider myself to ever check out any tour from this company. EDIT/UPDATE: Just now saw the response for my review. While I acknowledge the call may have ended due to poor connection (no fact verified, it could be it could be not, just a possibility), but why on earth would your team published guest’s personal information (i.e phone number)? This is still handled very poorly, unprofessional, and rude. Do not publish guest information publicly. If anyone consider this company, think twice before you do so. Your personal information and privacy data may be at risk of exposure. Again, if I could give 0 star again, I would.

  I came to their office, but they do not work with foreign tourists and do not speak English, while the site has prices for both Vietnamese tourists and foreign tourists. I was lucky, I found another company.
