  Very friendly service from the staff, the place is just 10 mins drive from Da Nang beach. Like always Vietnam people are very friendly and you definitely feel safe and relaxed. The bus was on time. And the place is easy to find

  I was very lucky to find this agency. The people were very kind and attentive. I rented a very good motorbike, and it was great to be in Da Nang with their bike. The price was very good, not expensive at all, and I would recommend it a million times to anyone visiting Da Nang. They are the best.

  I loved the service a lot.. timely departure and arrival.. I booked through 12goasia from tam coc Ninh binh to Danang..it was a hassle free journey.. I forgot my jacket in bus.. I contacted them and got it back.. Happy with the service and nice people!!

  Lê Tấn Thành was very kind to us. We arrived a bit early for our bus, and he let us leave our things and wait in a place with a fan, which was very necessary haha. We laughed with him, and he offered his help in case we need anything in the future

  This is such a wonderful bus company!! Highly recommended. Safe and reliable service and an amazing staff. I forgot my vell ohone on their shuttle bus and they delivered it for me 2 days later for free to another city. They saved my day and so much hassle that a lost phone creates. Very grateful to Danava!!!

  Got dropped off 30 minutes away from ticket location, on a busy freeway in the middle of nowhere. 3 hours later than drop off time. Was told to get my own taxi to get home and negotiate the price. Zero after sales service, not even an apology. Shocking treatment. Edit for Danava - I was assisted and picked up outside your office in Da Nang( the operator was The Queen Tourist- Danava) so yes it is your company that provided this unethical service. Your bus driver had called a motorbike taxi at my expense to take me rest of the way. I already have a complaint open with 12GO and you refused to refund my taxi, lied and said they provided a shuttle and I declined.
