  Very clean and comfortable 28seater coach bus. The company went extra mile to arrange a free private transfer between their branch to our hotel when they noticed we didn't book correctly and were traveling with an infant and elderly. Kudos to such great company.

  First of all, I want to thank every member of this company, cause they're doing a really great job! 1. The staff. Super nice - they sent me detailed pickup instructions an hour before departure. Met, took the luggage, and showed everything. 2. Bus. Super comfortable, modern, and clean. Have a pillow and a blanket, bottled water, and even wifi. The driver was super kind and welcoming, made several stops, and the driving was nice and really smooth. The only point is the arrival time, as we managed to come to the drop-off zone by 7 am, but we're delayed for 2 hours - take it into account if you have a plane or something else. In total, I can easily recommend this company if you’re looking for a reliable and comfortable trip within Vietnam.

  Great VIP bus service! The journey was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and everything worked as advertised, including the massage seats. I accidentally left my laptop at their office, and they immediately contacted me and arranged to bring it to me the next day. Very trustworthy company with excellent service. Highly recommended!

  We used sleeper bus and everything was ok. Comfortable and cozy, and expecially clean!! We booked through 12go. Our Journey was from ninh binh to da nang.

  100% book with this company, it is the BEST Vietnam. They communicate on WhatsApp and keep you up to date which puts you at ease. The buses are brand new, luxurious, they offer free water, massage chairs, WiFi & charging ports! The staff even help you with your bags for your onward journey! My bf left his hoodie behind underneath the bus and the staff ensured that he had it back ⭐️ Amazing company, I will only ever go with G8 in Vietnam 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳

  Perfect experience with them! I was going from Da Nang to Hoi An. The bus is really comfortable, with massage option!! I recommend taking this company!!!!

  I saw a lot of bad reviews, but my trip from Da Nang to Hà Nội was pretty good. The bus was nice and clean, with Wi-fi, water, blanket and pillow. Also it’s better to have seat on the first floor, because it can shake a lot on the second. However it was late for 20 mins and communication with the office was poor, as no one was responding
