  Arriving in Da Nang in the evening, I looked for a travel agency near my hotel that was still open since it was a bit late. I went to Han, who found the perfect solution for what I was looking for in the limited time I had. I spent two days in a private car that drove me and waited for me. The car was spacious and clean, and the driver was courteous and friendly. I recommend this agency.

  I had a great experience with Han Travel Agency. She was very helpful and extremely patient in explaining the itinerary and travel package in detail. During the trip, we unfortunately lost our bracelets, but I really appreciate the agency’s help in checking with the places we visited. They responded very quickly and managed to find my memory bracelet in a short time. Thank you so much for the excellent service and support!

  Booked with this agency for a trip to Ba Na Hills. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly in dealing with us who are visiting for the first time. Arrangements were flexible and made the whole trip enjoyable. Thank you again!

  Good and trusted travel agency. We took Bana hill 1 day tour with excellent transfer and they provide good vehicles. We also took transfer from Danang to Hoi an and to airport. Good service. Will book with again in future.

  We just returned from a 10-day holiday in Da Nang and Hoi An. We didn't make any prior tour arrangements. We were lucky to find Han Travel and Ahn was very helpful. All entrance fees were taken care of by the car drivers. Car transport to Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, Lady Buddha, and airport transfer, were clean and punctual. We will not hesitate to recommend Anh anytime to anyone travelling to Da Nang.

  Ahn, probably the owner, was very efficient and competent in explaining what was included or not in our tours to Hoi An and Ba Na hills. We were very happy with the outcome of our excursions.

  The travel agency operates very efficiently — I highly recommend them. The lady from the agency offered us several possible options and asked about our further travel plans. Based on our itinerary, she also suggested an interesting solution that we decided to use. All the drivers we traveled with were very kind and helpful. Even if they did not speak perfect English, they really tried, and communication was smooth and easy. They took us everywhere without any problems, waited for us, and made the whole experience stress-free. We were in constant contact via WhatsApp with the lady from the agency, who replied quickly, checked in with us, reminded us what time the driver would arrive, and provided the car number and all necessary details. So overall — excellent organization, good prices competitive with hotel offers, and we felt very well taken care of throughout the trip. I highly, highly recommend this agency.

  we had a good experience in joining the price-friendly tour group to Bana Hill. The transportation was convenient, punctual, and comfortably nice. The guide gave us satisfying arrangements. We also rented their car service to My Son → Coconut Village →Hoi An for a whole-day trip. The basket boat ride in Coconut Village organized by Han Travel proved very enjoyable, contrasting the numerous complaints found in the popular websites. In my own experience, this is a trustworthy tour organizer.
