  We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night trip in Da Nang, Vietnam. Special thanks to our tour guide Xiao Ai, the driver, and Kent for taking such good care of us. Xiao Ai was always punctual, caring, and attentive. She took great care of my elderly parents, helping them get on and off the vehicle and assisting them when crossing the road. She always made sure our needs were taken care of, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. Kent was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions before and during the trip. The itinerary was well planned and enjoyable. The hotel arranged for us was clean, comfortable, and a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. We also received some lovely small gifts, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you to Xiao Ai, the driver, and Kent for giving our family such a memorable trip. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Da Nang.

  We had a wonderful trip in Da Nang with Kent Travel Agency. Everything was arranged very well and smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to our tour leader, Xiao Zhang (小章), who took great care of our group throughout the trip. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was comfortable. He thoughtfully arranged the itinerary according to the places we wanted to visit, making the whole journey relaxing and enjoyable. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Even though there were 6 of us in the group, everyone was well taken care of. We also loved the photography service. Kent agency photographer was able to capture beautiful photos quickly without taking up too much of our sightseeing time. Every photo turned out amazing, and we received all the edited photos the very next day, which was impressive. Thank you to Kent Travel Agency and Xiao Zhang for making our Da Nang trip such a memorable and happy experience. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Da Nang!

  My family and I recently traveled to Da Nang and Hoi An with Kent Travel Agency, and we had an excellent experience. The entire trip was well organized, comfortable, and enjoyable.   I recently went on a 4 days 3 nights trip to Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam, travelling in a small group of 9 people, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The trip was excellent value for money, without sacrificing comfort or luxury. Both the accommodation and transportation were well selected, comfortable, and of high standard. Our personal tour guide, Xiao Deng (小邓), was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. The itinerary was very well planned, smooth, and thoughtfully paced, allowing us to fully enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. Special appreciation goes to Kent, the boss, who was extremely kind and generous. He arranged and treated us to many high-quality meals, including Michelin-recommended restaurants, which truly elevated the overall experience. Overall, this trip exceeded our expectations. It was well-organised, enjoyable, and memorable, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a premium yet worthwhile travel experience in Vietnam.

  The immediate go to travel agent when we decided to do a last minute trip to Hanoi & Sapa after having an enjoyable trip to Danang 2 years ago. Kent is responsive and dependable and had quickly put up an itinerary for my family. He followed closely throughout the trip making sure his guides took good care of us. Toby & Emeli did an excellent job ensuring we are well informed and suit to our schedules and preferences. Definitely a wonderful and enjoyable trip for my family. 👍

  We have wonderful memories from our Vietnam Danang trip. We had a great time with our tour guide, Xiao Ying (小迎), and Kent Travel Agency. She speaks Chinese fluently and explains everything very clearly. She helped us a lot with all the bookings, including restaurants and entertainment, as we don’t speak Vietnamese. The bus driver, Mr. Rong (荣师傅), was also very friendly and drove us safely to every destination. Highly recommended if you are looking for a tour guide in Danang!
