  Review Laughing Roo Travel Hoi An - Zumi Le Excellent!!!! Outstanding Service! My husband and I just got back from a 20 day tour of Vietnam. From the south, through the center to the north. All just the two of us. Zumi Le organized and coordinated the itinarary with private guides/drivers moving to different hotels, domestic flights, time off, you name it, everything to maximize the experience and enjoy what the counrty has to offer. Zumi Le is an exceptional person and brilliant travel agent. We worked together on optimizing the itinarary to fit our physical needs and personal intrests. The outcome was amazing. Zero problems. All the local guides she uses were great. All pickups were on time and, she was available to us when ever we needed. We recommend Zumi Le to anyone who wants to see and feel Vietnam.

  What a dedicated and devoted company to deal with. Zumi had everything sorted from hotels to internal flights to wonderful day tours. You can not go past this company they are definitely invested in making it a very enjoyable experience for you.

  Just returned from 2 weeks in Vietnam, with months of planning in advance. Zumi and her team at Laughing Roo were amazing partners all the way through - from making great recommendations on tours to ensuring every aspect of our trip was easy for us to navigate, they made sure we had all of our time to focus on our vacation. We were able to experience so many amazing areas of the country (we'd need another trip to visit more spots!), and our guides were fantastic. From transportation to touring to being available any time of day/night when we were in country if needed, thank you Zumi & Laughing Roo! Highly recommend if you are visiting Vietnam.

  We used Laughing Roo travel on the recommendation of a friend who had lived in Hoi A for a few years. We were not sorry. Zumi suggested itineraries and arranged tours, transfers and hotels for us with great communication . She also organised fast track immigration for us at the last minute that was worth every cent. I was able to contact Zumi via what’s app at any time and she responded quickly. Having a local agent in Vietnam was an absolute game changer and I would not hesitate to recommend Zumi to organise any visits to Vietnam and we will certainly be using her services again the next time we go. I had an issue with flight seating on our flight home that Zumi sorted out with the airline within 10 minutes of me contacting her. She had not booked my flights but was happy to help and it took so much stress away. Service was above and beyond anything I have experienced with a travel agent before.

  Zumi did the most amazing job organizing our trip to Vietnam. It was our first time and all we had to do was tell Zumi the umber of days we were staying and any highlights we wanted, she organized a perfect itinerary and included everything we wanted, as well as some great personal recommendations. She is always contactable and so responsive, which made it so easy to get updates, and information. We loved our trip and meeting Zumi and the team, would 100% recommend Laughing Roo travel, and will definitely be booking with them again.

  My wife and I traveled to Vietnam for 3 weeks through this company and we want to thank whoever planned our successful trip and this year, Zomi Lee, the lady is simply amazing, professional and exceptionally helpful. She accompanied us closely from planning to execution on a daily basis until the last day. She was available for any problem or request and gave a quick and excellent response.   Definitely recommend. Everything was organised very well / drivers reliable and on time / itinerary well organised/ guides excellent/ hotels excellent . Zumi did a great job , kept in touch checking in as we travelled . Will definitely use Laughing Roo again !
