  We had a great experience using their trip advisory service for our Đà Nẵng trip. Ms. Hiền LocaTravel was incredibly dedicated and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Even when our schedule kept changing and things were a bit hectic on our side, she still managed to support us promptly and smoothly. Her responsiveness and care really made the planning much easier. Highly recommended!

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with LocalTravel! Booking and scheduling were quick and easy, and the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They guided us through all the activities — snorkeling, speedboat rides, banana boat, and paddle boarding — making the whole trip so much fun. The beach was impressively clean and beautiful, with pristine nature that hasn’t been spoiled by commercialization or mass tourism — something we truly appreciate. Even though we had small children with us, the staff provided great support, and the kids had an amazing time. I had paid a deposit, but when my child wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t go, the team was very understanding and processed the refund promptly and smoothly — which we greatly appreciated. Another highlight was the facilities: while the toilets are still quite basic, they were clean, and the showers offered wonderfully cool spring water straight from the source. We truly hope LocalTravel continues to grow while preserving its untouched beauty and authentic charm. Highly recommended!

  I would like to thank the agency for the excellently organized excursions in Da Nang. The program was very interesting and varied — during the trip I visited many memorable places and had a wonderful experience. The service and organization were top-notch: the guides were punctual, the transportation was comfortable, and the logistics were well thought out — you could feel the attention to detail. I would especially like to mention Minh — she was incredibly courteous, explained every tour in detail, patiently answered all questions, and was always available when needed. Many thanks to the whole team — I will definitely use your services again and recommend you to others.

  Loca Travel is very professional. Our tour guide Mr. Viet is a very nice and friendly person. He really took great care of our needs and he gave good explanation to the places that we visited. Me and my wife really enjoyed our tour in Da Nang. Great thank you to Mr. Viet and Loca Travel.👍👍👍

  Chuyến đi tuyệt vời ngoài mong đợi! Bạn Ngọc Diễm rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và luôn tràn đầy năng lượng. Nhờ có bạn mà gia đình mình đã có những kỷ niệm không bao giờ quên. Chắc chắn sẽ tiếp tục đồng hành cùng bạn trong các chuyến đi tới. Đánh giá 5 sao cho sự chuyên nghiệp của bạn cũng như cty Loca . Mình dùng trọn gói từ thuê xe máy ,thuê ô tô, vé pháo hoa , Bà Nà , Vin , rừng dừa .. của quý cty luôn .🤭🤭
