  We had a wonderful experience with Namfa Transport during our trip to Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam! The driver was always punctual, friendly, and professional, making our journey smooth and comfortable throughout the trip. From airport transfers to sightseeing around Ba Na Hills, My Khe Beach, and Hoi An Ancient Town, everything was arranged perfectly. The car was clean and comfortable, and Guide- Trung even recommended some great local food and cafes for us to try. Communication was easy, responses were very fast, and the whole experience felt safe and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Vietnam! We will definitely choose Namfa again on our next trip. 👍✨

  We are a family of 6 members from Malaysia, and we had an amazing 5 days 4 nights trip in Da Nang, Vietnam. This place is beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly. We truly enjoyed the scenery, food, and overall experience. Special thanks to our tour guide 小仲 and driver Binh — they made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. • 小仲 is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, took good care of our family, and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. • Binh is a safe and professional driver, very punctual and polite. The car was always clean, and we felt safe throughout the trip. Because of them, our trip was stress-free and full of good memories. We highly recommend 小仲 as a tour guide and Binh as a driver to anyone planning to visit Da Nang. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful Vietnam experience.   Spent 5days in Dalat with family. We have total 10 people with kids. Namfatour arranged a comfortable private car which can fit all of us. The driver was friendly and easygoing, and drove very carefully. He also fulfilled all of our requests.

  Had a good trip with Trung. Organised well and flexible planning if need to make impromptu stops and change of plan. Great knowledge of Danang sites. Strongly recommend for this English tour!

  We had an excellent experience with the car and driver services. Their prices were lower than Grab Car, and the standout feature was having the driver with us throughout the entire period. They not only provided valuable advice on the trip but also ensured that we didn't miss any interesting places. The driver was exceptionally friendly and punctual, especially during trips to and from the airport and Danang Hill. We highly recommend booking a car for Danang Hill rather than relying on Grab, as the location is far from the city. After 5 pm, it becomes challenging to secure a Grab car back to the city. Overall, the service was top-notch, and we appreciated the personalized attention and convenience provided by having a dedicated driver. We would highly recommend their services.

  From start to finish, this "private tour" provided nothing but unpleasant surprises. While they offer the best price among competitors, the service is non-existent. The PIC changed our itinerary without consent and was extremely slow with documentation. Our Day 1 driver was shocking; he sat at our table uninvited and grabbed the menu from my hand to order his own meal. He also ignored our directions, nearly causing us to miss the Temple of Literature. Safety was a major concern. The drivers often drove off while passengers—including seniors—were still embarking. Furthermore, we were forced to buy our own entrance and train tickets because the company failed to handle the bookings we paid for. Their only solution was to "deduct it from the balance," leaving us to handle the logistics ourselves. To top it off, they messaged me to complain about our negative feedback rather than trying to fix their service. Truly unprofessional. To be clear: our feedback is not based on 'personal dissatisfaction,' but on a documented failure to provide the services promised in our agreement. This includes: Breach of Contract: Changing the agreed itinerary without prior discussion and failing to secure sleeping train tickets, forcing us to handle logistics ourselves. Lack of Service: We paid for a private tour that included entrance fees, yet we were forced to queue and purchase our own tickets at multiple locations. Safety Concerns: Drivers consistently moving the vehicle while senior passengers were still embarking/disembarking. Unprofessional Conduct: Our first driver’s behavior—including taking our menu and ignoring our requested destinations—was completely unacceptable for a private tour. Instead of dismissing our experience, I suggest you use this feedback to improve your internal operations and driver training. We will not be removing the reviews, as they serve as an honest account for other travelers.
