  Trusted Agency. Fully recommended We enjoyed our stay and tour in Da Nang. Well planned private tour by this agency. Value for money. We explored all of the attraction places. Their tour guide Mr Lee and Mr Peter is good. Especially Mr Peter, he is so good in explaining about each places we visit very clearly. He also so friendly. Credit to him.

  We’ve just completed an amazing and rather complex trip through Vietnam, covering Da Nang, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. Our itinerary was not simple at all - we had different numbers of people joining and departing at different times and locations, took a Ha Long Bay cruise, a sleeper train from Da Nang to Ninh Binh, and changed three tour guides as we moved from Central to Northern Vietnam. Despite all this, everything ran remarkably smoothly. When I first requested a quote, Truong Sa was not the cheapest option. However, Ms. Tara was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and responsive to every question and concern I raised. Her professionalism and warm communication were the key reasons I ultimately chose Truong Sa. Before the trip even started, Tara would proactively contact me to reconfirm details and send reminders. On a few occasions where I made mistakes in the information provided, she picked them up immediately and double-checked to ensure everything was correct. Her attention to detail is truly superb, and it gave me complete peace of mind. Our first tour guide in Da Nang, Xiao Chen, was outstanding. She is exceptionally efficient and highly organized. Every vehicle arrived before we did, and every morning she was already waiting for us before our scheduled meeting time. There was absolutely no time wasted. Restaurant tables were reserved and ready upon arrival, and attraction tickets were already sorted so we could walk straight in. When it came time for us to depart Da Nang for our sleeper train (which we had purchased ourselves), Xiao Chen stayed with us until we were safely on board. Right before departure, a confusion arose with our train tickets — she immediately rushed back to resolve the issue. Even after officially completing her duties, she offered to remain available for translation help if we needed it during the journey. The kids absolutely adored her and loved spending time with her. What impressed me most was her professionalism in the handover process. Xiao Chen told me she had already contacted the next tour guide and passed along our preferences — what we like to eat, see, and do — to ensure a smooth transition. I’m not sure if all tour companies do this, but this level of care and continuity truly stood out. Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, we were welcomed by two tour guides. While the male guide was more easygoing and had a bit of confusion here and there, overall the experience was still good. He was relaxed and pleasant to travel with. The real highlight here was Ah San, a female trainee guide (who was not charged to us). Despite being a trainee, she was absolutely amazing. She held my mother’s hand, carried her bag throughout the trip, and took exceptional care of her. The kids loved her as well. Honestly, she felt more knowledgeable than expected — and whenever she wasn’t sure about something, she would immediately check online and get back to us. She stayed close to us at all times, walking with us everywhere to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, rather than leaving us to wander on our own. Our final guide back in da nang, Xiao Yie, was another wonderful experience. Traveling with her felt like exploring Vietnam with a local friend. She gave honest advice on what was worth buying, where to find local souvenirs, and which local foods to try - without overpaying. She even helped bargain for us! Her style is relaxed, friendly, and incredibly genuine. If you’re planning a trip to Da Nang, I would highly recommend starting with Ms. Tara. If you’re traveling with a large group and want someone highly efficient and organized, request Xiao Chen. If you prefer a more relaxed, local-style experience, Xiao Yie is perfect. Up north, when Ah San becomes a fully certified guide, I have no doubt she will be an exceptional one.

  Highly recommended, a great tour. The journey to hue was super comfortable in the dcar limousine, Jerome our tour guide wonderful, and a nice lunch included. Very efficient.
