  I booked Phong Phu Limousine as well as several other buses (Long Van Limousine, Khai Nam Bus, Vireak Buntham Express), and to rate it, Phong Phu (Vietnam Travel Bus) provided the best service. The sleeper bus had a massager, TV, block out windows, and soft comforter. Despite having a late arrival of about an hour, we were able reach the closing time of the cable car due to their help and speedy service, we were escorted and prioritized. Because of this unexpected occurence, we had to leave our luggage with them to make it in time for our scheduled itinerary. They did their best to help us, even providing a shuttle bus, and made sure our luggage was safe until we were able to retrieve it back again. Compared to other sleeper buses, this travel bus gave the best service. Their staff wasn’t rude, and very accomodating. We were also able to sleep very well in the bus. We deeply regret that we weren’t able to book them for the return, please do not make the same mistake because we weren’t able to sleep well on the other bus. Thank you so much for all your help! We will surely avail only Phong Phu Limousine when we return to Dalat.

  Hello everyone. Fresh feedback here. Trust me, from customer service, counter service, till their drivers, all of them are so helpful. The person incharge who keeps updating and helping me throughout my journey here is very kind and VERY HELPFUL. They also try to arrange a shuttle bus for us but ughhh my ferry delayed everything. But still... Luckily the person in charge helps me a lot, now im on my way to continue my journey to ho chi minh💗 and hello??? sleeper bus ni punya kerusi siap boleh urut-urut tau ☺️👍🏻

  First time sleeper bus experience and definitely I will recommend it! They were always responsive on Whatsapp, very helpful and the ride was smooth most of the way. I travelled on a 24 VIP sleeper bus which took almost 11 hours but the seat bed was comfortable enough to sleep most of the time. They did some stops for toilet. Cabin comes with curtains for privacy, TV and USB charger. They also provided a snack and some water.

  I had a very comfortable and enjoyable trip from Hanoi to Sapa. The sleeper bus was clean, well-maintained, and departed on time. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Overall, this was a reliable and comfortable way to travel between Hanoi and Sapa. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a convenient and stress-free journey.

  We received very quick and prompt support from the team—from travel advice and planning, payment and boarding the vehicle. We discussed everything over WhatsApp, and their fast responses helped me make a final decision with confidence. The vehicle was amazing—very comfortable and perfect for the trip to Hue. Highly recommended and much appreciated!

  Great service from start to my destination. Went from Saigon to vung tau and they even had a transfer car when I arrived that drove me to my hotel. They can communicate in English and even texted me to check if I had arrived to my pick up station. Thats good service! This is my first time traveling solo so was not sure but I will definitely travel via this company again and can highly recommend this company. ( Book the sleeperbus, more comfortable, i made the mistake and booked sitting)

  I traveled from Quy Nhon to Da Nang with this company, and everything went smoothly. One thing to know is that there are actually two transfers involved. At the end of the main journey, you need to take a smaller shuttle bus, which then drops you off directly at your hotel. I didn't realize this at first, but it was easy to find and everything worked out well. The staff was helpful, and I arrived safely at my destination. The only thing I would mention is that the arrival time may be later than expected. I was scheduled to arrive in the middle of the afternoon but ended up arriving closer to the end of the afternoon. So if you have plans afterward, it's worth allowing some extra time. Overall, a good experience and a convenient way to travel between Quy Nhon and Da Nang.

  Best sleeper bus experience. The company were in contact by email two days before the bus and also via whatsapp. The office was easy to find and clean and comfortable. The bus was much better than I anticipated. So comfortable with different gadgets available which really helped the trip fly by! The charging points, WiFi and massage facility were my favourites! The company even provided a shuttle once I got to Hanoi which got me close to my hotel so I didn’t need to take a taxi. Would definitely recommend and use again, a great experience.
