Everything went smoothly and like expected. The time at the border spent is not up to them, like I read in another comment. The bus and specially the seats have been great. Massage function, cooling and so on. At the border everything was taken care of and no problems. That's the real value of this agency in my opinion.

Price is good for visa run to Lao Bao from da nang letter is $25 and van service is $30 they give u all the form for the visa run ,the address nearby marble moutain little bit hard to find.

My expectations were well over what the reality was. Starting from the breakfast...few industrial snacks and instant coffee. The ban my advertised out of the shop was not available. The trip was horrible. The driver was slower than a snail. We had two stops on service areas where food was very bad and expensive. The program said we must spent ten minutes at the border....well those 10 Min were 2.5 h. Consequently our arrival back in da nang was 2.5 h behind the schedule. In addition the staff of Lynn visa on the way back disappeared and we where not assisted. The driver could not speak english at all. Thus bad experience but visa Is Needed.
