  I did a visa run with A Visa yesterday, and they were amazing, especially Kelly. I had some issue getting the Laos visa (because it takes up an entire page of your passport, and I have at least one small stamp on each page) so Laos denied me, which meant Vietnam wouldn’t let me back in. It took some time, but Kelly and her team handled everything, so eventually Vietnam allowed me to re-enter. They are very patient and make sure you enjoy the day as well :)

  Before you do a visa run it is very important to understand that you are at the mercy of the immigration staff. Sometimes the Visas get processed very quick and other times it takes longer. While this is out of the control of the company, thanks to Kelly's connections, she was able to help expedite and assure we got our visas on time. We also went with a smaller group which allowed our run to be super quick. I heard horror stories from other travelers about the large buses, extremely long wait times, and i would never go through any of that after i experienced the visa run with Kelly. If you're considering doing a visa run, i can't recommend this enough. The van we took had literal massage chairs for each passenger, which blew me away and made the visa run feel unlike anything I've experienced before. Kelly was also extremely supportive and accommodating. She took care of every single thing along the way which allowed me to feel comfortable as we crossed the border and processed the visa. Understand that its still a Visa run. It can take 45 mins to process or it can take hours, so do not plan any time sensitive activities such as a flight for the same day. This is why going with a smaller group raises your chances significantly of expediting the entire process. Oh, and the van had WIFI! So i was able to get a lot of work done along the way. Definitely will be doing all my Visa runs with Kelly!

  After another company forgot to book our car and left us looking for a new visa run service. AN visa were super quick to respond and book our trip that was under 24hrs notice. Nothing was a bother, they were completely easy and professional to deal with. Kelly was the star of the day making everything super efficient and was very attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable! Itinerary for the day sent prior with expectations and outlined the day. We were back on the bus at 11:45am and back in Hoi an at 6pm. This is the company I will be sticking with and urge others to do the same! We took the 9person limo and there was plenty of leg room for my 6’1 partner!

  I had a really great experience with this visa agency. I applied very last minute, and they managed to get my visa ready the next day, which honestly surprised me because of how fast and smooth everything was. Kelly ❤️❤️🫶🏻was especially amazing. She was kind, professional, and very helpful from the beginning. She didn’t just handle my visa — she also booked my flight tickets and even did the online check-in for both my departure and return flights. What I appreciated the most is how much she cared. Before my flight, she kept texting me to check if I arrived safely, if everything was okay, if I had eaten, and if I had a place to stay. Even when I was coming back, she followed up to make sure everything went well. I had contacted other agencies before, and some of them gave me wrong information or seemed unreliable, but this agency was completely different very professional, honest, and efficient. I definitely recommend them, especially if you need something done quickly and without stress.

  Super recommended! I found An Visa a few days before I needed to get a new visa and paid everything via domestic bank transfer without visiting the office. I chose a dedicated car and a single-entry visa. On the visa-run day, the driver arrived 30 minutes early, and I reached the border around 9:00 AM or even earlier. The whole process of leaving Vietnam and returning took approximately one and a half hours. Kelly accompanied us throughout the entire procedure, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I only had to follow her like a baby :-) I was back home by 4:00 PM. Cool - a new record: less than 12 hours! Just a little more context: I've been living in Vietnam for 2.5 years and hold a Russian passport. Previously, I had never used any agency services - handled all my visas and stamps on my own: four border runs (45 visa free days), and the rest were 90-day visas leaving the country for more than a week. My biggest question was whether I could get a 90-day visa instead of a 45-day stamp, and the answer is yes - it works for Russian passport holders. Good luck Kelly and An Visa.   Amazing service from start to finish! This was my first visa run and honestly everything went so smoothly. The whole trip was easy, stress-free and really well organized. The limousine was comfortable, even for me as a tall person, and I really enjoyed the beautiful landscapes during the drive. The border process was much faster and easier than I expected, and Kelly took amazing care of us the whole time. She was so kind, attentive, and always making sure everyone was okay and comfortable. She was always in a good mood and made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and pleasant. You can really tell she cares. Even though it’s a long trip, everything felt relaxed and smooth, and we were already back in Da Nang around 6:15 p m. I really recommend this service! Thank you Kelly!

  Kelly from An Visa was excellent to work with. She was very well organized and made the entire visa run process smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained ahead of time, and all I had to do was show up and go for the ride. She handled the details and made sure everything went seamlessly. I highly recommend Kelly and An Visa if you need help with a visa run in Vietnam.

  Painless Visa-Run! Working directly with Kelly (and her competent team), who answered all my questions and concerns before during and after the trip to and from Laos was a pleasure. They are good communicators and have a nice office headquarters located on a quiet tree-lined street. Of course no trip is perfect, and their may be bumps along the way, but Kelly’s eagerness to oversee and overcome any situations makes you feel well cared for and safe.
