great service! everything is simple, queue was not too long. for L (tourist) visa they asked for round-way flight booking, plan of stay (itinerary) including dates and all places you plan to visit, even tho i had an invitation. be accurate with the dates in online visa application, it should be connected to your flights info correctly. fee was 690k VND right away and i will pay 38$ (one entry) for when be collecting the passport back.

Got a 10 year multi entry (60 days per entry) visa for China with a United States of America passport. No appointment needed, just walk in between 9-12 or 1-3. It is 690,000 dong for the visa center to do the application, and you have to pay a varying amount when you pickup your passport based on your citizenship. The price for American (USA) citizens to acquire the visa is $139. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The first time I went, I didn’t have an itinerary (China requires you to make one if your trip is longer than 15 days I think) and I also had a couple of other minor issues, so they told me what to fix. I went back the next day and was able to submit the application easily. They keep your passport for 7 business days, so make your travel plans accordingly and make extra copies of your passport if needed for hotels, motorcycles, etc. For the Chinese visa you will need to do the online form, print that out, and take it in person. You will also need booking confirmations for hotels, your flight itineraries, a travel plan of where you are and what you’re doing each day, copy of your main passport page, a copy of the passport page with the entry stamp for Vietnam, a copy of your Vietnam eVisa (if you need a visa to visit Vietnam), and a proper visa photo. When you collect your passport, you pay in cash (no 50$ notes, and they must be 2013 or newer in good condition as another reviewer mentioned). Fortunately they had change since I only had $100 bills.

I was in a stressful situation when my Vietnam E-Visa had not been issued in time for my trip. The team provided an urgent processing service and delivered the result in just one working hour. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Highly trustworthy service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing a visa emergency.

Review for Chinese Visa Application Centre – Da Nang As a UK citizen currently in Vietnam, I recently used the Chinese Visa Application Centre in Da Nang and was very impressed with the service. I was assisted by a staff member named Nga, who was extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. She carefully reviewed all of my documents and made sure everything in my visa application was in order. Nga’s English was excellent, which made the process so much easier and more reassuring. Her attention to detail and clear communication really put me at ease. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and far less stressful than I expected. If you're a UK citizen in Vietnam and planning a trip to China, I would definitely recommend applying for your visa in Da Nang. Now just waiting to hear back – fingers crossed my visa gets approved!

I applied for Chinese visa but even after 11 business days waiting it was not ready, I been told maybe to wait one more week. My Vietnamese visa was expiring soon and I couldnt wait any longer. I want to thank girls at the Visa Center who managed to call to Hanoi office and expedite my visa for next day, I went to Hanoi to pick it myself and it was ready. Fantastic service!

First time applying for a Chinese business visa (M). I came here on Wednesday at around 11am. There is no queue, the application process and communication were a lot faster than in Bangkok. Besides the invitation letter from my Chinese partner company, they have also requested a Chinese company business registration license which was a surprise to me. I have also brought the copy of my passport page with a Vietnamese stamp, but they also needed a copy of my Vietnamese e-visa. Overall, the process was faster than expected. Hope, I get by passport back in a week with a visa.

Helpful and friendly staff. Got a 60-day single entry visa as a Swiss person without any problems. More is not possible at the moment. They need booking confirmations for all stays and flights printed out. As they ship everything to Hanoi for confirmation, processing time takes 7-8 days. Application cost is 690'000 VND and pickup fee 23$. They only accept cash, no 50$ notes, and they must be 2013 or newer in good condition.

My experience getting a Chinese visa at the Da Nang office: THAT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL PROCESS EVER!!😫 I’ll still start positively with how incredibly nice, helpful and sweet the office ladies are 🤍🙏🏼 They helped me the 6 times I had to come in to get questions answered. The younger one was really kind and spoke good English which was very helpful 🙏🏼 The location is central, air conditioned and nice. There’s usually not too big of a wait, less than 5 people everytime I went. But it’s on the 8th floor of the building and you have to sign in and out twice every time (at building entrance and office entrance) This complaint is not about the staff (they were wonderful❣️) or the office, but the PROCESS of obtaining a Chinese visa 😵💫 Applying online is incredibly challenging and they deny you for the stupidest things (I got denied 4 times). You have to modify the application, and wait for it to process each time (which can take a day or 2). You have to print out and bring in everything you submitted (I don’t understand why because I already submitted digitally?). Also, go get a passport photo taken (in a very specific size). I had a huge run-around the city looking for places to do each task 😵💫 Lastly, the time it takes to process was so dreadful. And you have to leave your passport with them. So I was stuck and had to change ALL of my travel plans around the uncertainty of waiting for them 😶🌫️ (Changing hotels or traveling is out of the question for at least 1 week once the application is approved. And plan for the application process to take at least a week or 3) I’m decently tech savvy, but if you’re not, you WILL struggle. TIP: doing it from a phone is horrendous! You’ll need a computer (which was also wildly inconvenient to find as a traveler and costs for each time you need to use it to modify your application) You have to bring USD cash and they don’t accept $50 notes. The bills have to be newer than 2013 and no rips or stains. No change given either. (A lot of my bills got denied and I had to go eat up the exchange cost of changing VND back into USD 😑). Oh and aside from paying for the visa, there is a 725,000vnd (standard, not express) service fee for the office that has to be paid in VND. Don’t plan around this being a smooth process, it was a huge inconvenience and super confusing 😪 I wish that I never went through it and just skipped the China trip altogether, and got my visa done in my home country where it is way less confusing (I got my previous 10 year visa done before and it was easy). I hope my struggle can help you plan for your application. If I read this review before I started, I would’ve just avoided all the hassle. But everyone’s circumstance is different. Give yourself A LOT of time and prepare for a roller coaster of emotion if you do go through it 🥲 May the odds be ever in your favor 🙏🏼 Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
