  I've visited this consulate-general office several times, and each time the staff were efficient and helpful. Great not having to travel to HN or HCMC to get paperwork done too.

  I called to the office to ask about issues of my daughter since she is dual citizenship and how nice they picked up the phone quickly and answered my questions. Great customer service A++++

  パスポートの更新で初めて訪れました。 8時半からの開庁15分前に着いたため建屋の前で待っていると、親切な警備員の方が、建屋の中のレセプション前のソファまで案内をしてくれました。 開庁後 4階へ上がると、エレベーターのすぐ前で簡単なセキュリティチェックがありますが、ここでも警備員の方が親切に対応をしてくれます。 他に誰も居なかったこともあるかとおもいますが、対応をしてくれた職員の方もとても親切で、ものの10分程度で新しいパスポートを頂く事ができました。 皆さん帰りにも笑顔で挨拶をして頂き、気持ち良く帰ることができました。 ここで働く日本人職員の方々の鏡になっているでしょうから、素晴らしいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

  エレベーターに乗ってフロアに来たら、セキュリティゲートを通って入ります。 どのスタッフの方もとても丁寧で、かつ日本語を話せます。 ダナンにこのような場所があり、とてもありがたいです。
