  We shipped a box of clothes (2 suits, shoes, and a dress) we bought in Hoi An days earlier using DHL and had a very good experience. Before going in, we checked the online calculator and the quote was extremely high, so we were hesitant. However, in-store the actual cost for 5kg came to around €150, which we found very reasonable given the service. The staff member who helped us was excellent — very friendly, clear, and efficient. She walked us through everything and made the process straightforward. The main reason we chose DHL over VN Post was reliability, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the shipment is fully tracked and expected to arrive home within about 5 days. Overall, much more affordable than expected and a very smooth experience. Would recommend to other travellers looking to ship items home.

  The place has recently relocated, and the new space is clean, inviting, and well-organized. I was assisted by a Winnie who was absolutely superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The overall service was excellent, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend checking out the new location.

  Whinney, the superb DHL worker is a real rock star. She is thorough and professional w great English language abilities. The cost is high but the service great. Don’t forget your passport and exiting flight ticket info … and your credit card!

  BE SURE TO ASK WHEN IT ARRIVE BEFORE YOU PAY. 3-5 DAYS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Paid $90USD thinking the document would get to the U.S. in 3-5 days as advertised. Only after payment was made and the envelope was sealed did the agent mention that it would take 10-14days with no adjustment in price. I could have paid $50 at VietnamPost instead and gotten them there in 7-14 days had they only told me before everything was finalized. People make mistakes, but I definitely feel ripped off and I will probably have to resend copies of documents again when I arrive at my next destination to make sure they are received early enough. BE SURE TO ASK WHEN IT ARRIVE BEFORE YOU PAY. 3-5 DAYS IS NOT GUARANTEED.
