  Highly recommend Lux Luggage Storage! The location is convenient, close to many hotels and the beach. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and speak both English and Vietnamese. The facility is clean, safe, and secure, so I felt completely comfortable leaving my luggage there. Great service all around!

  Super easy service to use, communication was quick and very easy as the owner speaks English. If you’re like us and had an evening flight out of Da Nang, it was much quicker to drop our luggage off here in the city rather than going back and fourth to the airport. Super friendly guy also at the shop, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thanks!

  Lux luggage store my 3 luggage. Meet me up on my convenience. Which is what I like. And will meet up at my time needed as I haven't book my leaving tickets. So it's great to know I can just let him know what time I need to get it. Instead of fear if needing it in early am and place is closed. Which is one if reason why I choose them. And it's an actual storage place not restaurant or convenience store which I'm not sure about purely other medium being that they are also serving customers. Owner also speak great English and is very flexible and kind. Would highly recommend.

  We were able to store our luggage here after check out and got to pick them up after exploring for a few hours. Pick up was also hassle free and quite fast.
