Very professional they take care of everything all you have to do is walk to specific places and wait for your passport, the buses are very comfortable with heated or cooling seats, massage and electric up and down, USB A and USB C ports. Definitely worth the price.

Great customer service, they make the whole process stress free. They handle everything & even double check your passport to make sure the stamp date is correct. The busses are great, seating very comfortable, built in message, USB charger & electronic foot rest & recliner. Very roomie as well, better than an airplane seat. Highly recommend for next Visa Run.Staff very helpful as well.See you again in 90 days.

Traveling with Lynn Visa was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The new, comfortable bus made the ride pleasant, and the well-planned stops offered plenty of chances for breaks and necessary activities. Even with the long distance, there was little fatigue thanks to the thoughtful arrangements. The border crossing was smooth and impressively organized, easing any worries. Beautiful scenery along the way added to the enjoyment, making the trip not just convenient but also memorable. Overall, the service was excellent and left a lasting positive impression.

This was my first visa run ever, and also my first time using LYNN VISA. I can wholeheartedly recommend them! This agency was recommended to me by other expats, and I didn't regret it for a second. From the exceptionally professional communication during the preparation phase and the clear pricing to the perfect luxury bus with comfortable seats including ventilation and a massage function, everything was top-notch. The entire process was transparent and easy to understand. Clear instructions in English (pre-recorded) were given both on the bus and at the destination. The entire team was friendly and easy to communicate with. There were clearly defined meeting points on both the Vietnamese and Laotian sides. Aside from sitting on the bus and waiting for your passports to be processed, there was nothing else to do. I can confidently give them five out of five stars. 5+ (if such a thing existed) if there were a small PDF map of the pedestrian walkway at the border... typical German perfectionism 😂 There are so many people there that you just have to follow your bus companions. It would be nice if there were comfortable seating in the waiting areas on both sides. After hours of a well-air-conditioned journey, the wait can become unpleasant for sensitive individuals, even in the shade. Prepare with warm clothing for the well-air-conditioned bus ride and light clothing for the border crossing. Remember to bring sun umbrellas or fans. I brought my own food and drinks. However, there were sufficient breaks with opportunities for restroom breaks, food, and drinks. Therefore, I can't comment on the quality of the food. The restrooms at the stops were typical of the region and just about acceptable. A little cleaning would improve them. However, in my opinion, this is only indirectly the company's responsibility. All in all, my absolute recommendation for a straightforward and stress-free visa run. Should anyone object to photos of themselves being taken in public spaces, please let me know. I will then delete the relevant images.

Reliable visa agency. I’ve used Lynn Visa agency three times already, and every time the process worked well. My e-visas have arrived by email the day after each visa run, and at this point, this still feels like the cheapest and quickest way to get a 90-day e-visa done in one full day. Their employees are present with you on the day of the visa run and kindly guide everyone through the whole process, making sure nobody forgets to bring their passports, nobody gets left behind and everyone completes their visa successfully. They also respond to messages promptly, so the whole experience feels highly organized - which is necessary with visa questions. Expect that the visa run day itself is definitely very long and tiring, that's just how it is. It takes about 5–6 hours to ride to the border, then around 2–3 hours at the border while everyone’s paperwork is processed, and then another 5–6 hours to ride all the way back. The border waiting part feels the worst because there is no air conditioning, and not even fans in the border offices, so everyone just has to get through the hottest part of the day as best they can. There is a small store at the border, so while you wait, you can buy cold drinks or even ice cream. So grab a seat in the shade, stay hydrated, and remind yourself that you’ll be back on the air-conditioned bus in no time. The bus itself is comfortable, with reclining seats, USB-A and USB-C charging ports, and even a back massage function. It also stops about every two hours, so people can buy snacks and drinks, stretch their legs, and use the restroom. When the bus arrives near the Lao border, there is also a half-hour stop at a local eatery where you can have lunch, usually rice with meat, fish, or tofu, for around 40,000–50,000 VND. Overall, the day is exhausting, but the Lynn Visa agency handles everything for you, so right now this is still the cheapest and quickest way to reliably get a 90-day e-visa done in one day.

I was recommended by a friend to use Lynn visa. Up to now I have taken flights out and just get my 45 days in my passport but with this solution I had everything sorted out for 90 day visa. Clear instructions in advance on dates available. Then followed by good communication to payment and pick up location and time. Staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Set of 630 from An Bang intersection and after a transfer in Da nang in a luxery bus we set of for Laos. I am tall so always sceptical about luxery buses but plenty of leg space in the reclining massage chair. Charging point for phone and free WiFi. So all set. A comfort break stop after 2 hours and a lunch stop again after 2 hours. Followed by arriving on border. Handed over passport and staff took care of everything. Waited till stamped and passport returned. Walked across the border and handed over passport again to staff the sorted out the Laos formalities and then returned passport. Walked back to Vietnam and the same procedure. Passports returned on the bus and travel back. A few stops and I was back at the intersection at 2215 a long day but well organised and the visa arrived electronically first thing in the morning. Did I mention that in Da nang was breakfast served and drinks if wanted all included and water on the bus. Thank you for making it such a great experience. Cam on em

I'm currently returning from my first visa run. I chose Lyn Visa based on recommendations. They really did an amazing job. Everything went smoothly. Transportation was extremely comfortable and convenient. The staff were very professional and helpful. All procedures were completed without any stress. I extended my visa as if I were on a day trip. I thank Lyn Visa and highly recommend them.
